The place was absolutely flawless and you had everything you needed on site. For shopping, there is a supermarket or bakery around the corner. For the toddler, there was an extra high chair, travel bed and dishes. Coffee maker offered the best coffee and even milk froth like in a café. Terrace super nice to sit on and in the morning you are woken up by the chickens. We can fully recommend the apartment.

We had a great relaxing week with our daughter (teen) in the house - service, accessibility and friendliness of Dennis were great. The house, terrace and container are stylishly decorated and stocked with anything your heart desires - we really felt very comfortable. If you use the sauna, it is great that the property is virtually unseen and you have a lot of privacy. For a relaxing break, we can wholeheartedly recommend the house!

The hot tub was a real highlight and made the break particularly relaxing. Adrian is a great host – very friendly, reliable and always helpful. We can absolutely recommend staying here!

There were four of us with two nights in the apartment. For a family with two kids we found the apartment perfect. It is tastefully decorated, and we found everything very nice and clean. Especially the comfortable beds are to be emphasized positively. In our experience, this is rather rare in vacation rentals. Beautiful view, quiet location. Every now and then you can hear something from the apartment above, but the house is not very clairaudient. Communication with the hosts was very friendly and straightforward. The flexible check-in with key box is great! If we are in the area again, we will be happy to book the apartment again.

The flat is brand new and spotlessly kempt by Fabian. The amenities are well stocked up, and it felt just like coming home. The location is great, in a green and peaceful area of Frankfurt, with lots of options for groceries, bakeries and restaurants all in walking distance. Will return definitely !

The location worked out well for attending a trade show event at Frankfurt Messe, with easy S-Bahn train service. I enjoyed the ample space and nice city views. Lots of restaurant options nearby with grocery options a convenient 5 minute walk away. I would stay again and even consider having colleagues over for a drink on the large outdoor terrace in warmer weather.

"La perle rare" indeed!! A beautiful, very tastefully furnished apartment with everything a person needs (and more)! I immediately felt at home. Everything is super clean and pragmatic, "spotless" so to speak and warm. You can breathe, work and sleep wonderfully here. The location is quiet but not lonely and the proximity of an industrial area with shops of all kinds is valuable. For someone like me who doesn't like to cook, it was a plus that there is a great pizzeria within a 5-minute walk, where I became a regular guest. Joachim is a very enjoyable and responsive host who cares about the well-being of his guests. I will definitely be back soon and look forward to it. Cornelia

Martin’s apartment was perfect for a family of 4. It was a last minute reservation for us and he was prompt, professional and able to accommodate us the next day. His apartment is actually more spacious compare to how it looks on the photos and just walking distance to most tourist spots in the city. The apartment was just great! Everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable, and the newly renovated bathroom was also great! The apartment is also very easy to reach by public transportation. Particularly noteworthy is host Hildi: super easy and very pleasant, helpful communication. Thank you again for everything! We will be happy to come back and would highly recommend this place!

A perfect stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The place was just fantastic – clean, cozy and equipped with everything you might need. Especially the sauna was a real highlight and provided pure relaxation! The surroundings were wonderfully quiet, perfect for unplugging, and there were plenty of great getaways nearby. Oli was always available and super helpful. You can tell how much effort and love this place is running. All in all a great stay – I'd love to come back!
