If you have the chance to enter Sergia’s orbit - take it! She is a gift of a host and a fantastic person. I loved staying here and feel like I’ve made a friend for life. The room is peaceful and lovely. The bed is so comfortable! She made delicious dishes and was always positive, supportive, kind, and friendly. I plan to stay here again and will miss her and her animal children (Ella, Gordito, and Munch) very much. See you at brunch soon!

This space is lovely, quiet, and private; also convenient to NYC transportation. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store nearby. The hosts communicated very well through the app; in fact, I never saw them in person! I appreciated the off-street parking space and private entrance. I definitely recommend this Airbnb for solo travelers. The only thing that would be an improvement would be expanding the space to a double.
