Monthly Rentals in Westwood, Los Angeles

The hosts are responsive and have clear instructions. They are helpful in all aspects. The apartment is accurately listed. The neighborhood is easy to walk around as it is right in the university area with a few supermarkets in walkable distance. We stayed over Christmas and there are no parties as far as we noticed. The neighbours are friendly too. We are glad to have chosen this apartment / area to stay in and thank you!

My mother and I stayed at Nicole's place for a month. The place itself was as expected. There were no real surprises. Nicole very generously supplied a brand new comforter and set of beddings for us given that there were two guests and one of the guests was not sleeping on the bed in the bedroom. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you Nicole for a very pleasant stay.

Very beautiful and clean apartment in a nice, safe neighborhood in Los Angeles. Great, well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. Very convenient with a parking garage and a private spot. Highly recommended!

This house was such a paradise. It was very beautiful and cozy, in a great location, 15-17 minutes walk from UCLA. I loved the gym and pool area. Kitchen essentials were there. Jennifer is a very responsive host, was always there in times of any query. Highly recommend this house.
