Here you will find a renovated cottage on 0.75 acres just 8 miles from downtown Davidson and 12 min from Davidson College. 20 min to Lake Norman, 30 min to Uptown CLT/CLT airport, and 15 min to Charlotte Motor Speedway. Home offers large front and back yard surrounded by trees, 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed each), and 1 bathroom.
