It's a 10 minute drive from the bustling town of Westport. This house is unique and is located on the shoreline of Clew Bay in the Carrowholly area. This little oasis is positioned on a south facing hill, overlooking a wide expanse of valley, tucked away from everything but yet a 5min drive from Westport Town. A wood-fired hot tub sits on the spacious deck, overlooking the valley. After bathing in the hot tub make your way up the external staircase to the balcony (which connects to the bedroom), where you can relax in the hammock and take in the amazing views.

Custom designed fitted kitchen/dining-room with corian worktop & glass sliding doors leading out to its own courtyard. Two generous bedrooms (one with a king sized bed the other with two double beds) both with smart tv's. The properties heating system is Air to Water, with underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs.

Three bed semi detached home with two double rooms, both ensuite, bunk beds and separate bathroom upstairs. All amenities available including a selection of family board games. Easy access to town and the greenway. Rear access to an enclosed back garden with patio, firepit and picnic table. Carbon monoxide alarms and smoke alarms fitted throughout.

Located at the bottom of the garden of the Main house The Roost. The shed is tucked away and guests have their own private patio area under a lean to. Cuckoo Wood Hexagon, 5km from Westport

This cabin has a hexagon shape with a square porch where the front door is. The Hexagon, as I call it, is situated on its own on land that is half orchard half woodland. On the morning sun side, where the door is, the decking leads to the little purpose built bathroom building. There is a perspex canopy so you can walk over staying dry even if it is raining. A few goats and a few hens roam in the adjoining field.
