Beachfront vacation rentals in Weston-super-Mare

A wonderful little hideaway in Lyme Regis with a stunning view out past the 1920’s architecture of the Marine Theatre to the sea. Very comfy bed. Kitchen well appointed although we don’t cook at all as Lyme can do everything you could need!!! Only slight downside is the number of steps but this is stated in the listing so not a surprise. Would highly recommend and will book again Thanks Gemma 🙏🏽

A very clean and comfortable stay. The house and gardens were immaculately presented. We felt right at home and had a relaxing stay. The house is located in a quiet street. You can be on a beach in 5 mins walk and the famous Barry island beach is a lovely coastal stroll away. We came on a Gavin and Stacey Pilgrimage. The house was the ideal base for a family holiday, giving us plenty of space to chill out in. The welcome treats were a very kind gift.

Clevedon is lovely and this Airbnb is in a particularly nice part. A block from pier and foreshore, and a few doors from a quaint traditional suburban pub. Best though is 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants on Hill Road. Nice decent local shops that are not chains. Junior Poon, Vintage and Vine, Scoozi and Le French corner all good. The house is spacious and well kept … a great base to explore locally area and beyond.

Had an awesome stay in Smuggler’s Annexe. Location was great for exploring the Somerset costal path eastwards towards Dunster Beach. Dunster itself (inc the Castle) was superb. Plenty of food options in Minehead too. Will hopefully get the chance to come back soon and do some more exploring. The Annexe had everything we needed, plus the dog loved the enclosed garden. The powerful shower and very decent spec smart TV were a real bonus. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re a couple (with or without a dog) looking for somewhere comfortable as a base to explore the area.

Great stay for 5 nights in a peaceful and beautiful setting. House was perfect for our needs and we really enjoyed the cupboard full of games! Kitchen was fabulously equipped and the bathrooms very new and clean! Bedding and towels were white and crisp. A great find! Along with fab weather for March we’ve had a great mini break! Thank you !

Very cozy little cottage near the waterfront. Clean and comfortable, nicely updated. Host was very communicative. Would recommend.

This was our second visit to Nash Point Lighthouse - which itself speaks volumes. As well as being in a stunning part of South Wales - with loads of wonderful walks and beautiful beaches - the accommodation is super: spacious, well equipped, clean, with comfy beds and lovely bed linen. As pointed out by previous reviewers, be aware that the Lighthouse is pretty much off grid (unless you're on EE, which worked for us) but surely that's the point of a get away?!! We were fortunate to experience dramatic weather - wild, wet and windy to crystal clear and sunny. With no light pollution, the night sky was a blanket of stars. Heavenly! We will be back and urge anyone else who books to explore the surrounding countryside and coastline.

What a great find! Easy short walking distance to all the local amenities and close to the beach, even better that we had a dedicated parking space right outside the apartment. The apartment was fresh and clean, beds where very comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped, bathroom was modern and clean with a nice shower. The whole apartment had everything we needed to make it a comfortable home from home stay. Ruth and Byran where very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had, which made the whole experience so easy. We would highly recommend the apartment to anyone 😊

The caravan is lovely and cozy, and the park was very well kept with excellent facilities (including a dog exercise area) We particularly liked watching the sunset from the Bay cafe with a G&T! The walk to Minehead along the South West Coastal Path (recommended by Pamela) was beautiful.

The best chalet we have stayed in. Spotless, lovely furnishings, super comfy bed and sofas. Great shower and well equipped kitchen and appliances. Could not fault this chalet. Lovely campsite, great position up high looking out over the sea for sunsets. Great base for exploring the area.

Loved the Caravan clear instructions as to how to access and gain entry which was useful as we did not realise just how big the site was! It was very clean warm and comfortable also very well equipped. I have to say I did not read the instructions carefully enough and brought no bedding with us. This was resolved via the Reception on the site and for a small deposit we were provided with bedding which was delivered! Deposit returned on return of the bedding so no crisis. Lots of lovely walking from the caravan perfect for the dog. We were visiting friends in the area and would definitely consider coming again.

We really enjoyed the stay at Butlins. We had a fantastic time. The shows were good. The food at the resort was excellent and the staff there was always friendly and helpfull.

Lovely apartment. Warm, very comfortable and great to have access to the lovely pool every day and to be so close to the beach! Received several recommendations from the host for pub lunches which was really helpful. Close to several lovely beaches, a wonderful zoo and Dunster Castle.

The caravan was beautiful, exactly what we needed, amazing bargain in the school holiday, close to a beach and play area which was fantastic for two under 5’s, warm and cosy, clean and hot water for showers after the beach, 100% would recommend and definitely try to come back maybe with dog this time!! Thank you Sara the memories I’ve made are amazing and unforgettable x

Really great location for us to drive from and walk from. Really interesting layout but made the spot really cosy. Mandy was great. Very quick and responsive when I asked any questions. Would highly recommend anyone to stay at Mandy’s place should they want to be near to Cardiff.

we had an amazing time at Sandras cottage. Sandra and Andrew were incredibly nice and welcoming when we arrived and were flexible with arrival and departure timing. No request was too much to ask (were able to cater oat milk, and lended us binoculars) The cottage was exactly as was described, very clean with everything we needed and the property was even better than we had expected. Sandra was great at telling us what we could do during our stay with lots of nice walking routes and places to go. The cottage feels very cosy and homely. the garden is stunning with amazing view of the sea and birds chirping all day long. 100% recommend, already planning to come back! thank you for a wonderful stay.

This was a gem of a find - the photos don't do it justice! It is small, but the space is used so well with every amenity you could find. It would suit a couple but we were very happy as a family of 4 with 2 small kids (we put the kids in the bedroom and slept in the living room, and the sofa bed was very comfortable). Best of all, the location was incredible - a 2-minute walk to the beach and the Charmouth Heritage Centre for fossil tours and the little museum there. Charmouth is peaceful and idyllic - a nice escape from the bustle of Lyme Regis but with a fossil beach that is just as good if not better. The only advice I'd give to travellers is that there are only two pubs in the village - if it's a bank holiday weekend book the Royal Oak early if you want to eat there! Otherwise, Polly had great recommendations in nearby Bridport (which has a great soft play/climbing centre for stormy days) as well as Lyme Regis. Overall, she was a wonderful host and super responsive.

We had an amazing stay at the pod at East Quay to celebrate our anniversary. Living in London, we were looking for somewhere peaceful to unwind, unplug, and recharge. This was perfect—we even stayed an extra night! As creatives, we loved the artistic elements of the space, from the artist’s studios and exhibitions to the shop selling sketchbooks and journals. The pod itself was unique, with details like the beautiful wood carvings. One thing to note is that food options can be limited during the off-season—nowhere was open for food around 3pm on a Sunday—so plan ahead or bring snacks. We did find a great fish and chip shop in Minehead, about 17 minutes away. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, creative escape! We will definitely be back :)

We’ve just returned from a fabulous week at Raj Medvedu. We are a family of seven with five kids and the house provided an ideal home-from-home that is literally a short stroll down the road to Charmouth Beach. The house is very characterful with lots of nostalgic quirks that gave us a lovely base to which to return after the beach each day. We were exceptionally lucky with the weather, with wall-to-wall blue skies all week, and all of us agreed how idyllic it was to be able to call it our home after an afternoon messing about on the beach. Eric was very helpful, especially with regard to offering an early check-in on arrival day that meant we weren’t kicking our heels around all day. We had a problem with the fridge - and the fridge/freezer provision could be increased to be completely honest - but we coped and it didn’t detract from our week. We would not hesitate to return to this lovely house.

Great location, nice tiny house, with the use of a pleasant garden. The town centre is 15 mins walk. There are plenty of nice walks in the area, and the beach is clean, and there are the usual UK seaside attractions. Parking is on-street, which might be a problem in the summer. The only minus point is the lack of a kitchenette and a sink to wash the dishes. The wash basin in the bathroom was the only place, and it is very small. We would definitely recommend this place and the freindly and welcoming hosts.
