Cute gem is the perfect name for this space! We loved our stay and really enjoyed our time. Very close to so much including Mount Royal which was lovely for those who enjoy walking in green spaces. Close to fine arts museum and my favorite cafe space - Cafe Amea. Perfect accommodations for two. Highly recommend Peter and his lovely apartment!

Great place and stay. very comfortable and accommodative to our needs we had and requested. Very kind to us and flexible. We had a long night at our event the night prior to leaving and she was very kind enough to let us sleep in a few extra time after checkout. we would come back to stay here again

We greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back, this place is well worth the price we paid. The apartment is new, nicely furnished, and very clean. We loved the balcony and all the windows. The Kitchen is well equipped with nice countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are bars, restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores and a Metro stop (orange line) a short walk from the apartment. There is one feature of the apartment I should explain. The balcony runs the entire width of the apartment with glass sliders and large glass windows letting in lots of light. The second bedroom, which is off the living room, has a glass door and a large glass window to take advantage of all the natural light coming into the living room and to make a small room feel light and airy. However, the blinds inside the bedroom which are used for privacy are not a perfect solution. This was not a problem for us and we loved the light and the layout, it's just something to be aware of.

Great stay, really appreciated quiet location and my kids and I slept well. Host is super responsive!

Claudine was very accommodating and the location was wonderful. A 15 minute stroll to the Subway then downtown. A nice spacious spot with a super comfy bed.

We had a great stay at Sam’s place. The location was perfect, it’s walking distance to lots restaurants and a grocery store. Sam’s place is also an easy walk to the Vendome metro station, which was very convenient for our stay. We found a parking spot fairly easily, just be careful to read the signs. Building access was easy, and the place was very clean. Sam was also very responsive to my questions. I recommend Sam’s place and would definitely stay there again.

The entire space was very clean and quiet. The instructions were easy to follow. Radia was very proactive with our queries. Would love to come again!

Cosy's place was great and clean. She answered all questions in a timely manner. The place is very close to the metro which is about 10 mins to downtown montreal.

Everything was exactly as described. Because this is a busy neighborhood, I was worried about noise. However, the apartment is on a fairly high floor in a deluxe building with soundproof windows—so it was extremely quiet, despite nearby construction.

Easy lock box check in! Very old building, that looks like it's being renovated, however we had no noise disturbing us. Very comfortable bed. Very hard water pressure in shower, if you're sensitive to that it would be a con. Bring your own face cloths, none provided. Did have extra blankets, towels, kitchen supplies. Great location! Would definitely stay here again!

L'appartement était propre, convivial et fidèle aux photos. Jason répondait rapidement et il a été vraiment coopératif. La proximité avec une station de métro (2 minutes à pied) et avec le Métropolitain rendait l'endroit efficace pour se déplacer dans Montréal. Bref, je recommande.

Beautiful and cozy apartment with all you need to enjoy your stay. Neighborhood was peaceful and parking is available on the street. Luis was so kind and really responsive to all our messages, we’ll definitely be staying here again if we are back in Montreal.

Perfect location for enjoying Montreal Mile End’s neighborhood. Every I needed was within walking distance. Perfect place for 2 if the goal is to get out and enjoy the city.

Lovely, modern apartment. Super easy to get to from the airport and close to the metro. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. We had a great stay!

Tout étais absolument incroyable, j’ai booker ce rbnb avec Reda et je vais le reprendre encore et encore, tout étais parfait. Superbe communication, superbe emplacement et satisfaction à 100%. Reda et ses rbnb sont parfaits en tout point. Je recommande!!!!

Great place! The apartment location is amazing, and a super easy walk down to the water and various attractions. LOVE that it was pet friendly too! My 5 year old Aussie was fascinated by the view.

We were so happy to have Maxime and Leah’s place for our special event weekend in Montreal. The location was perfect for us and convenient to restaurants and grocery stores including Costco. The bedrooms were great for our teenagers and lots of space for everyone. The rainfall shower and the essentials oil diffuser along with a variety of oils were small details that really added to our stay. The building was quiet and the neighbourhood was nice to walk around in. Definitely recommend booking this place for your next Montreal getaway.

One word for This Airbnb and Julie .. BESTEST..☺️Julie was great like there was nothing which was not present in the Airbnd like not even single thing. Alwaya responsive and always helpful. All the instructions were clear i wish i can give more than these stars . This is not enough. ☺️ I am so impressed by all the things she offered us and it made our stay very easy . People should choose this Airbnd more often. Hopefully will come in the future again.❤️
