Apartment, spacious, fully equipped and modern with its "balneo bath". Quiet, located on the ground floor, you will benefit from a private courtyard.

Offering a total immersion in Alsatian nature, Cab'Annette will seduce you with its absolute calm and stunning views of the Petit and Grand Ballon. On the heights of the village of Osenbach, the Cab'Annette enjoys a privileged sunny location thanks to a glass structure opening onto the surrounding nature.

Once installed in the Nest, you can easily walk around enjoying the proximity: shops (bakery, supermarket, tobacco, restaurants...), markets on Wednesday afternoon and Saturday morning, swimming pool in summer, vineyard located 2 streets from the accommodation, stork park, Rouffach is halfway between Colmar and Mulhouse, 1 hour from Strasbourg.

The access road is steep but fully paved, you can park right in front of the cottage. Please note that in winter, parking is 80 m from the entrance due to the risk of ice.
