Ideally located for visiting Alsace: the wine route (Kaysersberg village preferred by the French in 2017 is 3 km away, Colmar is 5 km away), Vosges walks with its many lakes, Christmas markets, skiing (white lake resort 25 minutes away, schnepf 40 minutes away) , golf (18 holes 5 minutes away)... The accommodation has a double bed, two single beds as well as a fifth bed in the form of a trundle bed.

stays 2 adults, 2 dogs. Atypical house, good location, very well-equipped, clean and quiet. Marie Paule and her husband are responsive, very friendly hosts. The house is peaceful, original, it feels like home, it lacks nothing, dishes, linen, equipment, (toys and materials for young children available). enclosed terrace and parking space. Recommended rental.

Everything was super.The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Even when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house, they quickly responded and were happy to help. Also when we couldn't get the fireplace to run, they were quick to help and swing by. The house is very modern and accommodates all the needs of adults and children. All the rooms had shutters that could make the room dark, making sleeping with young children very easy. From the kitchen, one could see the small garden, also making it great for also smaller children to play outside while parents could watch and cook meals from insid. All necessary kitchen equipment was available, even seasonings and oils! The check-in and out were very clear in description and easy to follow the steps. One tiny recommendation I would suggest is to be able to check out at 11 instead of 10.That would make the morning with small children a little easier. I highly recommend this location.I would come again anytime. thank you for having us!

Beautiful chalet in beautiful location. Clean and spacious for a family of 4. Hot tub is great. The chalet is well equipped. We traveled from the UK and arrived into some unusually heavy snow fall, road access to the chalet is steep and we slid around eventually had to use our snow chains, so be aware of that if going in winter with no snow tyres and two wheel drive. Would stay again. Carlos helpful, despite not speaking English and we don’t speak French but made it work.

Pleasant house in a small village, well equipped and well heated. The place is very pretty and the snow at Christmas allowed us to enjoy several places for tobogganing, snowshoeing and skiing. The refueling is very good in a large area three km away, there are several places towards La Besse and Gerardmer less than half an hour away for hiking and tobogganing. For little ones who don't ski well yet, there is after Ventron a track with a tensioner (15 minutes by car). In Ventron, a textile museum is more interesting than it appears with a demonstration of weaving and spinning. The house itself is well-equipped and clean and the automatic thermostat always brought us a pleasant temperature. All it really needs is a washing machine.

Together with the extended family, we spent very nice days over Easter in the well-equipped, sparkling clean, and child-friendly house! We were very pleased about the nice reception with chocolate eggs, Easter lamb and sparkling wine. On the spacious grounds we could play boules and football, barbecue, visit the chickens and the goat... and also in the house there was enough space to play with the grandchildren. Absolutely fantastic accommodation experience. Very comprehensive information from Cely, lots of advice and recommendations. Great kitchen amenities, coffee maker with great coffee, tea, washing and cleaning supplies. Cely even baked a great banana bread for us and gave us butter and jam, which completely took our breath away. Truly extraordinarily excellent, always before we wanted anything, Cely predicted it and it was met in advance.

The apartment is very spacious. The bedrooms in the above mentioned have no tub or only one sliding door and are therefore clairaudient. The apartment was very clean and practically furnished. There are a lot of toys for small children. Goldbach-Altenbach is a very quiet place in the Vosges mountains. Opposite the property is a small, new and beautiful children's playground.
