Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Westerville

My family and I loved this place for our 5 night stay. It was the perfect size for us and was walkable to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and of course, The Book Loft. We even ventured to the park which is huge and has a small playground, large rock climbing wall, water tower, obstacle course and dog park. Our little kids loved the horse theme of the house and it had everything we needed for food prep so we could have some meals there. The beds were comfy and my only word of caution is that the 2 Queen beds were quiet high up and my tiny statured 8 year old had trouble getting into it on her own (I wasn’t about to let her sleep in the king though lol!). We would definitely come back here again!

This is our second stay with Amanda and our family had an excellent time on both occasions. There was plenty of space for all of us to be more than comfortable - lots of extra linens available too. The kitchen was clean and had all of the necessary appliances to keep my coffee and tea drinking family content. An assortment of board games and a Foosball table along with televisions kept the kids occupied while we were in the house. So many places within walking distance for food, beverage, and shopping opportunities - The Book Loft should not be missed! Thank you for another great stay!

We stayed here for a girl's weekend and felt very comfortable. I it was clean and close to plenty to do! I would definitely stay here again!!

Eden Hill Farmhouse was a great find and perfect for our needs. The house has been updated but exudes historical charm that the pictures can't quite capture. Gary was responsive and communicative from start to finish, and he is a gracious and welcoming host! We hope to come back in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay! My kids appreciated the game room. The house is just as described and has great amenities. I appreciated the location- a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Do not hesitate to book, this is a great home!

Great place (dare I say best place) to stay in Granville, close to campus and the center of town. Private, quiet, clean, perfect. I've stayed twice and plan on booking whenever I come in for my reunions at Denison.

We had a great time staying here at the Comic House! Firstly, how could we resist this listing?? They clearly had fun with the theme. The place itself was also just so comfortable and inviting. We really felt like we were coming "home" each night, and loved just hanging out after a long day of touristing. Large space with two floors, many very comfortable beds, a giant cozy couch, two full baths, and a great kitchen, among other things. There was a fairly major issue early on with our stay that was not the host's fault, but the hosts had everything to do with the solution. Their eagerness to fix any and all problems, and remaining communicative throughout, made all the difference. We were very impressed and thankful! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place on that alone. It made us feel safe and that our time there mattered. Recommended! We'd absolutely stay here again if we're back in the city one day.

This is a great place to stay if you are staying in Delaware for a University or business function. For me, everything was within walking distance and Karah's instructions for check in / check out were clear and complete. The unit is very clean and organized, with new or nearly new appliances, bathroom amenities and linens. I will stay here again the next time I am in Delaware.

15 minute walk to houndogs pizza and 30 minute walk to The Shoe! We would definitely book again.

Our stay was wonderful, the space was clean and welcoming, the location was perfect as it’s a mere 2 minute walk to the downtown area, Deanna herself was very pleasant whenever we crossed paths and she even went as far as to leave little notes all over the place with instructions for certain aspects of our stay! All in all it was a wonderful experience that you’d never be able to get at a hotel for the price. Will most certainly book again😊

Such a lovely place and such a warm welcome! I had work to do while I was staying with Jennifer. She provided beautiful eggs from their chickens and other food. It was an easy place to set up 'shop' and a relaxing place to be between visits with my daughter at the University. Very convenient to Denison U.

Amazing stay! Host was very clear & helpful with stay instructions. Clean & cozy atmosphere. Club 185 is right below the apartment & hats off to the staff & kitchen crew. Very convenient location. Would stay again! Highly recommend

As a Chicago Airbnb host myself, I can see the clear thought and intention Vicki put into every aspect of this home to make it functional, comfortable, welcoming and charming. She thought through every detail and even had some lovely welcome snacks and treats which were much appreciated and unexpected. Vicki has an artist's eye and her place reflected this - original art, playful details, solid real furnishings and beautiful details. There was nothing boring about this place and we'll definitely be back. Don't miss a visit to the charming gallery on the first floor, well stocked bookstore across the street and Vicki's dining recommendations were also total wins. We were touring Kenyon college which was an easy drive - under 10 minutes away. Highly recommend this place for anyone considering it.

Very nice place with lots of room to relax. Many restaurants/coffee shops/entertainment within easy walking distance. Hosts were quick to respond to messages. My Toyota Camry fit in the garage with a little maneuvering due to narrow driveway.

Great value. Good location. First time in the city for us. The Lebanese restaurant behind the condo was top 2 meals we had in Columbus! We utilized the paid parking across the street so we didn’t have to move the car early in the morning in the free parking areas. The lot is visible from the bedroom and living room so that was cool. We did not notice the loud road sounds as we live on a similarly trafficked location in our city. The unit below is directly connected but locked up and not accessible, but you will definitely hear the other guests through the hallway and vents. Overall a great and super comfortable stay that was very clean.

Stayed here while visiting my son who attends OSU. Everything was as described. Had a few questions and always quick to respond. I was grateful that we were able to checking early. Everything was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Nice walkable neighborhood near restaurants shops.

Victorian Village was perfect for our group of 4! We loved everything about the space. Although it was a small and cozy space, everything we could have possibly needed was provided. The beds were very comfy, the towels soft and fluffy, and the coffee plentiful! The entire space was spotless! We felt very safe walking to High St. for drinks after dinner. We will definitely add this place to our "favorites" list for any return trips we make! Thank you for hosting us and sharing your amazing property with us!

Eric’s place is a great find, we came into town for the Arnold convention and found it last minute. It was close, clean and easy parking. Would definitely stay again!
