The bed room has a comfortable queen sized bed, closet and dresser. A new leather sofa sleeper has been added to accommodate several more guest. It has a full size memory foam mattress. Parking is right out the front door and a private yard. Guest are surprised that it isn't really that tiny after all-650 sqft.
