This cozy apartment is in a Swabian style. Two people also with a child(2) will find everything necessary for a break in little space (also 3 adults).+1K). There is a fully equipped kitchenette. The guest can adjust the heating himself. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, of course warm water, washing machine, view of the countryside. In addition to the pull-out bed couch (160x200) downstairs, there is another bed (100x200) on the gallery as well as a cot (70 x 160).

The granny apartment offers relaxation and recreation in a quiet location. Hiking and cycling tours are available. The Fugger city of Augsburg (26 km), Nördlingen (36 km) and Donauwörth (20 km) are easily accessible by car (B2) and train. The apartment has a separate sleeping area with double bed, a new fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher...), Living area with sofa bed and TV, a new bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine. This stylish place to stay is perfect for families and small groups, but less so for children because of the stairs. With the sofa bed, there would even be 2 additional sleeping places available, but the dining area is too small for that. The city center and bus stops are 10 minutes walking distance. Wertingen is located in the middle of Augsburg (35 km), Dillingen (16 km), Donauwörth (22 km), Günzburg (35 km) and Nördlingen (40 km)

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

The house is surrounded by large old trees and can accommodate up to 9 people. 1 bedroom with double bed on the ground floor, living room, 1 bedroom with double bed and sofa bed on the ground floor and gallery with 2 single beds and sofa bed on the ground floor, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower, guest toilet, dining room, terrace with large garden.

Stay in the stylish and quietly located studio apartment in the heart of Gersthofen. The apartment offers an attractive location with good access to the A8 highway to Munich, Ulm and Stuttgart.
