We had a brilliant stay at Nicola’s house. It is beautifully done and very clean. Easy to find and get in with the lockbox. Amazing location for Whitstable high street and the beach. Would highly recommend!

Great place to stay out of the hustle & bustle of Whitstable but a gorgeous walk in along the beach / coast walk - flat and easy for all. Really enjoyed staying in this area - lovely houses and beach feels very private. Plus the house is 3 houses down from the sea and upstairs bedrooms have great seaview. Very sociable space - 4 couples stayed and we had so much room to cook, eat & sit and the garden is a bonus.

The house was beautiful, tastefully updated and very well organized. We loved using the fireplaces and Kate had the house nicely decorated for the holidays. The kitchen was wonderful and we enjoyed cooking our Christmas dinner there. It was a perfect setting for a vacation rental, lovely grounds, footpaths just around the corner, just perfect! And Kate was very responsive to all our requests. Recommended great local restaurants and a 13th century church for Christmas Day. Excellent accommodation! We loved it!

Was very happy with our stay at Peter’s place…the location couldn’t have been better, easy walking to the sea and the shops, beautifully clean and well equipped with great communication from Peter and cleaning staff. Parking is the only slight issue but you can find somewhere and just keep an eye out for spaces as they appear! Would def recommend and highly likely to return for longer I suspect! Thanks again 😃

We had a fantastic couple of days by the seaside staying in this lovely house. It was clean and cosy with great design and everything we needed for our stay. The wood burning stove was a particularly nice feature for April evenings and the outdoor space was a real sun trap to capture Spring sunshine. All the shops, great restaurants and the seafront were all within a couple of minutes walk. Would definitely recommend it as a delightful getaway spot.

Jo was an amazing host very responsive and the photos matched the house perfectly, came here for my sisters hen weekend and everyone loved the house. There was 10 of us and it was so spacious everyone had their own space, the house was very clean and the beds were amazing everyone had an amazing sleep. Thank you again for having us we had a lovely time in your beautiful home Xx

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, communication was brilliant from the moment we booked and the hosts were super flexible about any requests. The cottage itself was absolutely perfect - the kids (1 and 4) adored all the toys and we enjoyed the lovely little garden in the sunshine - the perfect place to eat fish and chips sheltered from the seagulls. The location is also amazing, right next to the beach and countless independent shops, cafes and restaurants. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need, including a thoughtful welcome hamper. We will be back - thank you!

Stella has a fantastic two bed apartment here with wonderful views out to the water. Everything is within walking distance whether that be shops, pubs or just a nice stroll along the coastline! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Kent and get the best of both worlds being so close to the station and city but also being on the doorstep of so much greenery and countryside. Stella was fantastic as was her assistant Natasha.

Stayed here for 3 nights as was visiting my sister who lives nearby, everything was as described, nice was very kind and very helpful! My only issue is was the amount of stairs (with a baby/pram) that said I would stay here again 100%, thanks nico for a welcoming stay!

Janet and Lloyd's home was our initial landing place for our move to the UK from North America. Impeccably outfitted, decorated, and well provisioned. Convenient connections to London as well as backyard access to the Kentish countryside complete with vineyards, golf, history, walking trails, and of course - pubs. Great host, the house is exactly as in the photo, everything is very clean, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. I will definitely come back!

The apartment was prestine. Check in was great. The lovely lady from Bournemouth checked us in and made sure our fridge was stocked with milk and water and teas and coffees. She was lovely and very helpful. Everything was walking distance and perfect for us. Thanks again would highly recommend.

Had a great stay here, the apartment was perfect. Everything was clean and tidy and we had all of the things we needed, it was even nicer and bigger than in the pics. Shelby was an amazing host and always helped with any queries we had. The area was nice & the owners of the cafè downstairs were always very helpful too. I will 100% be back to stay here. Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! Beth's place was amazing, we really enjoyed it there, so homely and comfortable. Everything was so clean, lots of extras provided too. The location was brilliant short walk to the sea, local shops, pubs and eating places, the harbour is about a 15 minute walk. Bus stop 2 minutes walk away and the train station is within easy reach too. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Beth 😊

We had a great stay at Kates place. it's very deceiving to look at but the place is very spacious,off street parking it's perfect for a city break away. the beds are super comfy and the place was spotless. definitely worth a stay

Absolutely loved the penthouse! The minute we opened the door we could tell it was everything as described and very well looked after. The decor was amazing lots of pigs, of course and a real trip down our childhood memory lane! The penthouse is in a quiet location with a small walk into the town centre. The addion of parking is a real gem in Whitstable too. Heather is a fabulous host, from the minute the booking was confirmed Heather made contact to introduce herself and enquire what we were looking to do/ see on our stay. The recomendations suggested were spot on and we thoroughly enjoyed Birdies and the walk up to the castle. Whitstable has so much to offer and we will definitely be returning. Thank you Heather and Terry for the wonderful stay, thank you for trusting us share your home and for the gift of wine, it is a lovely touch.

Wow! What a great find, I will definitely be back. Came here for some me time and to relax and the penthouse apartment was perfection! Samantha is an amazing host, so helpful and quick to respond to messages and gave some great recommendations for local places to eat. The apartment itself is spotless and SO comfortable and the added touches like milk, juice, jams, biscuits and ice creams made me feel so comfortable and at home as soon as I walked through the door! The whole apartment is so well equipped and the view from the living room, well I could stare at that forever! Thank you!! I will be back one day and I’m already looking forward to it!

We enjoyed the visit to Whitstable. The location was ideal and ability to park the car was very useful. The apartment was very clean and matched the high standard we expected. Definitely recommended.

Great location, right amongst it in the middle of town without being too noisy. Also a fantastic, cute and comfy accomodation.
