Jess's apartment checked all my boxes when I was searching for a place - I confirmed that was the case after my first night : - Proximity to my office (15mins walk) - Comfortable, spacious and well furnished sitting room, dining , kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and a working closet. - All the amenities in house functioned well. -Enough cark park spaces -A big upside for me was that the apartment is in a very large lot, where you can exercise (walk for miles without need to go into the streets)! Finally , Jess was a great host. She was super responsive whenever we needed any help! Choosing her place was perfect choice. I will strongly recommend it to anyone in the Houston area.

The property was in a great location and convenient for jobs in the energy corridor. The rooms were spacious and clean. Finally, Min was quick to get back to me if I had any questions or problems.

The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions provided, and the property itself was well-maintained, clean, and felt very safe and secure. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. It was a pleasant and enjoyable experience for the family, and I would highly recommend for both short and long stays.
