Welcome to our brand new private studio. This tiny studio is perfect for a solo traveler. It has a private entry and is located behind a 1940 historical home in a quiet safe neighborhood. It has a sparkling clean bathroom and a kitchenette(no stove). The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, and single brew coffee dispenser. The space is for a single guest and furnished with a high quality twin size bed , a full size table, and a full size chest drawers.

This is a suite with a private entrance and separated from the main house with a view of a beautiful garden. Recently remodeled with it's own private restroom and private entrance. It has brand new furniture, always clean sheets. Perfect for a short or long stay or a weekend get away. Located near a bike trail. Only 20 minutes from major attractions like Disneyland, Hollywood, and Universal Studios. We are conveniently located 20 minutes from the Pacific Coast and mountains.
