Mark is a great host. Very responsive and proactive in checking in to see how things are going and if there’s anything you need. The space is very cool—historic and decorated accordingly. Although an older house, kept very clean and in working order which is more than I can say for a lot of the more moderns places nowadays where we’ve stayed. The location is a bit tucked away affording you some nice privacy. Would definitely recommend and great for families as well.

Me and my family had a great time at Sam’s and Cris place. The home was very spacious enough to fit a family of 9 plus more of needed. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back to see the Media room,Gym additions .

Excellent private and spacious place to stay. Parking off street and locked, but space is tight. Christian was extremely responsive and his pictures and instructions are extremely accurate!

Of the 15 or so Airbnbs I've stayed at, one of the very best. Truly delightful 1BR, 2nd floor apt, beautifully appointed, so well thought out. Great bathroom and very cool kitchen with Keurig coffeemaker (I went to nearby ShopRite and bought my own favorite coffee pod flavors). I loved that their cleaning person does all the dishes, you don't have to. Very spacious bedroom with extra comfy bed, an end-of-bed bench, couch, office workspace, in-window A/C unit and space heater. One of my favorite parts is that there wasn't just a TV in the living room, but in the bedroom, wall-mounted with swing arm. Since I usually watch TV in bed at home I felt RIGHT at home — and, actually, didn't use the living room at all (although for winter it has great wall-mounted, simulated fireplace). And, to top it off, Eulis was just THE BEST host! Very communicative. This will be my "go-to" for all my future annual NY trips! (Note: let her know in advance if you don't want scented plug-ins.)

I really had a great time staying here! Everything was calm, tidy, and my girlfriend really liked the aesthetic of the airbnb.

Mary’s Place is a hidden gem in the NYC & New Jersey area. The neighborhood is a quiet and very safe, family friendly location. The views of Manhattan that you can find, just a few blocks away, are AMAZING! There are also lots of ethnic places to eat within a few blocks (Italian, Columbian, Argentinian, etc.) Bus transportation to Midtown Manhattan is literally 2 blocks away and the ride is about 15 minutes. Mary’s Place is was extremely clean, private, and with all the amenities. Beds were extremely comfortable too. When we go back to the NYC area, we will definitely rebook Mary’s Place!

Amazing stay, even better than the photos! Host was also extremely responsive and very accommodating to changes needed due to travel disruptions.

Emily’s place was more than I expected. They had quality sheets and blankets(sooo soft), quality kitchenware and good TP! Additionally the location was fantastic, I absolutely fell in love with Hoboken. I felt safe and had tons of great little stores to walk to. Definitely recommend!

Isaac’s apartment was absolutely wonderful, offering a stunning view of New York City from the rooftop. The space was spotless and beautifully maintained. We truly appreciated the classic New York-style architecture and admired the high ceilings, which added so much character to the place. Isaac was super responsive and extremely prompt. One small suggestion: it would be even more convenient if there were wheelchair access for elderly people or a ramp to assist with bringing up heavy luggage. Overall, it was a delightful stay—peaceful, stylish, and full of charm. We would love to come back again and again, and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Thank you, Isaac, for being such a thoughtful host!

Staying at Laura’s cozy studio was absolutely wonderful! The space was so clean and welcoming, we definitely felt at home staying here. Laura was super responsive to all of our questions and an excellent host. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a convenient and peaceful place to stay with accessibility to manhattan and citi field via the subway. Would definitely stay here again when visiting NYC!

The space is as pictured and described. Responsive accommodating hosts. Comfortable for 2 people. Restaurants close by on 9th ave along with a pharmacy, bodegas etc. Easy access to trains/busses if wanted. It was relatively quiet at night there are people that live above and you can hear them but they settled quickly and early. We will stay again if it’s available for sure!

My family and I stayed at Joseph’s place for five night and we had an amazing time. For starters, Joseph’s place is very inviting and aesthetically beautiful. His home is very clean and spacious. Joseph was always very responsive if we had questions. For my family and I, it was a little touches that we appreciated, make up wipe, utensils, and seasonings to cook, extra blankets and pillows, and a very cute coffee bar. It really demonstrated to my family and I that Joseph really cares about creating the best experience for all those who reserve his place. Not to mention, the neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful. My family and I were very happy with our accommodations and would gladly stay at Joseph’s place again if in the New York City area.
