Relax with the whole family in our cozy and peaceful lakehouse. Inside: 3 bds 1.5 ba, living room, fully stocked kitchen (no groceries), dining room, big game room, Wifi. Pool/ping pong table, video games, TVs, and board games. Outside: Hammocks overlooking the water and frequent stopping area for deer. Three person canoe with two paddles. Grill, fire pit, chairs, and a lighted patio. 5 minute drive from public lake access for great fishing and water sports. (No direct lake access)

Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

WIFI, Board games, Washer/Dryer, Kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, pots & pans, plates, and silverware. At the back of the property, there is NO lake access, but there is a wonderful lake view and an inlet from the lake. NO pets allowed. If a pet is brought onto the property there will be a $200 fee.

Melanie’s peaceful retreat was exactly what we needed while visiting family because of a family member’s passing. Melanie couldn’t have been more accommodating or kind through the whole process from start to finish. Her communication prior exceeds expectations. Check in was easy and the home is exactly as described. We loved mornings on the peaceful porch and the tranquil sunsets are special. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a family meal. We will be back to visit family and we have found our home away from home thanks to Melanie’s amazing hospitality!

The property was immaculately maintained, and the real stars of the show were the adorable goats and 3 friendly dogs that roamed the premises. They added so much joy and character to my stay. The accommodation itself was cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Justin was an excellent host, responsive to our needs, and provided wonderful recommendations for local exploration. The peaceful surroundings, combined with the playful company of the goats and dogs, made for a perfect retreat from the city. I felt right at home and left with huge smiles on my face. The stay was amazing. Great view of the lack with a private dock. It was the perfect place for our family to gather for Father’s Day weekend. The outside area is well set up for the family to hangout. The enclosed sunroom with its own ac is so beautiful. Hosts were super helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely stay there again.

I stayed at this place with my son for his post surgery recovery. We needed a peaceful place with great view and a good size. It was perfect for us. Ashley was very responsive throughout our stay and took care of any issues/requests that arized very quickly.
