Take a break and unwind at Middle Park. We are 2km north of Exeter in the heart of the Tamar Valley on a 2.5 acre block. You will have your own entrance, a comfortable bedroom & ensuite, private deck with BBQ and kitchenette with washing machine. Craig, Ruth and Stella the dog live in the other half of the house with our own entrance. Plenty of good walks, wineries and museums locally. Decks on both the East and West side of the house so great for sunrise and sunset! A great place to relax!

Spoil yourself! Completely restored 1950's cottage on historic York Cove. Water views from every living area. Easy walk along foreshore to restaurants, coffee shops and town centre.
