Vacation rentals with lake access in West Tamar Council

We had such a lovely time staying at Eugene's place. The location is absolutely beautiful, serene and peaceful. Surrounded by nature, wallabies and kookaburras. The wallabies sit right outside the windows, which was such a treat! We also loved that the bath on the back deck looks directly into the sunset. The house itself was perfectly equipped, with great cookware and appliances for easy meal prep, and plenty of toys and games to keep the kids entertained. There was a bit of dust around which often comes with a country home with a long dirt driveway. Overall we had a great stay, the kids are already begging us to go back.

We love our stay at Chris' place. It has a beautiful view of hillside houses and trees. It is only 1 minute drive to Cataract George Reserve and only a short drive to downtown area. The house is very modern looking with a great kitchen (with excellent kitchen appliances for serious cooking) and living room. Bathroom water are quickly heated and air-conditioning system works very well. Chris goes above and beyond to provide us with super generous supply including eggs, fresh milk and oat milk, coffee beans, bread, a big bucket of yogurt, fresh strawberry and raspberry. Thank you so much! We would definitely want to stay here again.

We stayed at Janmaree's house for Easter on a family trip. Everything was clean and easy to find and Janmaree was always very responsive and helpful. The view was absolutely breathtaking and we all loved sitting outside by the fire, playing a few games. Janmaree had even gone above and beyond and hid Easter eggs around the house for us - what a lovely gesture! We will absolutely stay here again in the future!

We highly recommend staying in this beautiful home adorned with lovely artworks and quality furniture, very comfortable beds, thoughtful lighting and meticulously clean. Not to mention the lovely bush like setting with great views overlooking Launceston. Our only disappointment was that we didn’t stay long enough. This house has everything you could ever need plus more for a very enjoyable relaxed holiday. We hope to return for a longer visit next time. Thank you Rosemary & Nick for hosting. We've had a wonderful time at Julie’s cottage surrounded by pademelons and possums for our delight. The house has a gorgeous view and anything you need to enjoy the beauty, peace and quiet of the area. Everything is clean, instructions clear, beds are very comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay at Nina's place, the view was amazing and the area so peaceful. Good place to explore the north and east of Tasmania, with the addition of having the local wildlife visiting the back garden twice a day. We would highly recommend this Air Bnb.

We had a fantastic time at Rebecca's cottage! Such a peaceful location with a gorgeous view of the lake and horses - it was also fun being able to hear the animals at the nearby zoo! Really appreciated Rebecca taking the time to show us around and meet all her animals!

What a stunning place, exactly what a BNB should be. Has everything you need with a great shower, kitchenette with many appliances and condiments, a cozy lounge area and very comfortable bed. I would highly recommend to friends, family and anyone else considering staying, to book this place!!
