Really easy to find and up a small track with huge amounts of greenery, trees and wonderful views. Very quiet location, perfect to rest up in. Amazing host who can't do enough for you, fantastic cooked breakfast and classic farmhouse style decor. Only 20 minutes from Ipswich. If you have any questions just ask!

In the Heart of Town, our Victorian house offers a comfortable, good value stay in friendly and quiet surroundings. No.6 is only 5/10 min walk from Coach/ Railway Station, market square/shops/theatre/Abbey gardens, shopping centre Arc and theatre Apex. The Private, cosy room, overlooking the back garden has a private bathroom (with shower, WC and basin)., WiFi, central heating, Free -View TV. Key safe access for late arrivals by front door. Stylish decor and a charming place to stay. Annex to a thatched cottage in a beautiful village with own its front door and parking. Spacious and comfortable bedroom, king size bed, extra seating, fridge, coffee machine and kettle. Good wifi and smart TV. spacious ensuite shower room. Underfloor heating throughout. Local pub is very welcoming and serves lovely food. station 5 mins, market town of saffron walden 10 mins, Stansted airport 15 mins and Cambridge 30 mins drive. we have 2 dogs.

We also have an adjacent smaller twin bedroom which is available for the same group or perfect for families with children (aged 5 upwards). Both bedrooms share the same private bathroom. We are perfectly placed to enjoy beautiful Flatford Mill and Constable country. The coast is nearby too.

Being located in a rural/countryside location, there are lovely walks and cycling routes enabling guests to enjoy the surrounding villages and local area. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful rural walks through water meadows by the river and open farmland.
