One of the only buildings in the area with owned off-street parking. The 2nd floor of the Rose Building was converted from offices to apartments in 2022. You can walk to The Monument for a concert, the bike path and parks, Main Street Square. The perfect place to relax after a day exploring the Black Hills.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located basement apartment. The Central States Fairground, The Monument Civic Center, downtown Rapid City, and Rushmore Crossing are all within a 10 minute drive. We do have full-time tenants on the property with dogs. Some noise should be expected. The pets have their own dedicated space and contact with the pets should be minimal, if at all. We have one security camera located outside the entrance to the apartment.

Copper Canyon Lodge is a 5k sq ft mountainside lodge nestled on 20 acres in the Black Hills. The Canyon Suite is the entire lower level of the lodge & sleeps 6. The Sage is part of Hinterwood Inn and Cabins and sleeps up to four people. It has one bedroom with a king size bed and a daybed/trundle with two twin mattresses in the common area. It has a full kitchen with a gas stove, an apartment size refrigerator, a microwave, a regular coffee pot, and provided dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. It includes one full bathroom with a shower (no tub). It's approximately 500 sq. feet. Enjoy the private fire pit area and the gas grill outside.
