Had a fantastic 2 night stay in Manchester for the marathon. The apartment was lovely, spotless, and comfortable. Nick’s place was ideal for my family of 4. We came to visit friends and family who live locally and it was the perfect location for a base with easy access to shops and cafes. The flat was immaculate and very well kitted out. We loved the open plan kitchen and living area. We will definitely be back!

Great stay in a perfectly clean modern space! Also in a great location for the city centre, only a 15 minute taxi ride to the AO arena.

Perfect location and property for my weekend in Manchester for the Marathon. Mandy and James had brilliant communication, answering any questions promptly and also giving clear instructions on accessing the property. The property was spotless and had all the amenities that you would need for a weekend. Nice home manual with handy maps, timetables and takeaway options should you need them. Ideal location for accessing the Tram stop, local shops and the canal for a wee walk.

Ivy Farm Cottage No.2 was absolutely beautiful. Very very clean. Had every thing we needed. The hot tub was amazing, the hottest one we've been in! The owners were lovely and so was Ellie and Sox (horses), and Ronnie the dog. Ronnie loved dishes out kisses! We will definitely return. Thank you for a fabulous stay :-)

Our best Airbnb ever! This property is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay to explore North Wales! The hosts were warm and friendly and always on hand to help and make sure we felt looked after. The property is well equipped and perfectly private. We stayed for a week over half term with our 12 YO boys. We loved the games room, hot tub, visiting Bill and Monte (the horses) armed with their favourite pepper mints, watching the incredible peacocks (watching us, they are very inquisitive). A great base for adrenaline fuelled fun at Zip World, hiking up Tryfan and visiting other local attractions. Thank you Peter and Jan for being such great hosts!

We loved staying in the beautiful, cozy barn conversion with extensive gardens. Opposite the main house but private enough. We felt free to come and go. We have lots of friends in the area so were out every day catching up. We were made to feel very comforytable and treat the space as our own. Jane met us on arrival and gave us a quick tour. She was friendly and helpful and on hand if we needed anything. The mezzanine level where our 9 year old slept was less of an issue than anticipated as the bedroom was right at the back. The large bathroom with big bath and stand alone shower is downstairs and en-suite to the master bedroom. We would definitely be happy to book to stay here again

14 of us stayed for my hen do and we had the best time! The pictures don’t do the house justice, it was perfect, spotless & had everything we could’ve needed. Communication was great, even responding to my bridesmaids when they were planning surprises or earlier check in. The beds were comfy, everyone slept well and there was so much space! It was a perfect location to travel into Liverpool for a night out and an easy walk to Crosby beach. There’s also shops & bars in walking distance. The area was peaceful with lots of parking spaces. I need to find another excuse to be able to stay here and would recommend it to anyone!

Lovely home, nice & warm when we arrived. Close to Manchester airport and short drive to Altrincham which was ideal for us.

We had a lovely couple of nights stay at John & Carmel’s farmhouse. As a group of 6 who studied at the uni together, it was fantastic to have the farmhouse as a base for a couple of days of adventures. The garden area was lovely (especially with the sun we had!) for cards and sun soaking. Inside was spotless and there was everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Super three bedroom house in a location convenient for many of Manchester's attractions.

Amy and Jeff made us feel welcome before we even arrived. The house was lovely and clean. They left a book with contact numbers in it and most importantly a taxi phone number. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to have a stay in Manchester.

We had a fantastic one night stay here. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Loved the large living room space and high ceilings in each room. Also the thoughtful special touches including welcome message and snacks. Comfy beds, shower was great and we also enjoyed having a smart TV in each of the rooms. Perfect central location, would highly recommend staying here if visiting Clitheroe!

The stay was very good, apartment was super clean and had all we could ask for. Location is far enough from the main part so it's not too noisy but not too far that it's walkable. Will stay again

Excellent stay would highly recommend

This lovely flat was situated high up in the heart of Manchester City centre. Excellent location within walkable distance to bars and restaurants. The flat is very nicely decorated with a lovely balcony overlooking the skyline. The flat was clean and tidy the kitchen was well stocked. My bed was super comfy with a lovely soft duvet. Warren was a really attentive host offering a large selection of places to eat and drink which took the pressure off of me having to do that before I came. I would highly recommend this place for a stay a little gem in the heart of the city.

Wow! Talk about exceeding expectations!!!! This flat was as described, but words fall short of just how beautiful a place this is. Well-appointed and fully kitted out kitchen, squeaky clean rooms, bright and cheery ... I could go on, but don't want to spoil your experience. Yes, we would stay here again. Happily.

Great spot in Liverpool city centre. Walkable to everything. Great to have two bathrooms and plenty of beds for lads for a stag. Loads of space in the apartment. Great friendly host easy to communicate with and was great to give some flexibility on checking in and out. Would highly recommend!

The apartment was just as pictured and described - clean and cheerful! Perfect space for our family of 4. We were in town to watch the Manchester United match, was less than 10 minute walk to Old Trafford and about a 15-20min Uber ride into city. All the information shared was extremely helpful and Saf was super responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay again!
