Can’t thank Eve enough for her amazing communication and accommodating our early check in time. The flat was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. Absolutely everything you’d need provided for your stay and a shop just across the road which was very handy! Will definitely be back when in the area again!!

The location in Lytham is very good. The rooms are very large and spacious and much bigger than anticipated. Great place and happy to stay again or to recommend to family or friends.

This was our first Air B&B experience so obviously we were a little nervous. We needn’t have been. Host was absolutely brilliant with any questions we had and the property was exactly as described and what we needed for our stay. It was tucked away in beautiful surroundings and I found a gorgeous walk/jogging route through the countryside with our viz. :) Despite there being a golf course right outside it was extremely scenic and quiet. It was perfect location for anywhere we needed to be with easy access to Wigan, Manchester and Liverpool. Everywhere we went during our stay was within around a 15 minute drive. 💯 would recommend this little hidden gem and stunning location. Thank you so much for letting us stay! This is definitely somewhere we would stay again in the future 🙏🏻🌟

From start to finish our stay was very enjoyable, Phil was very responsive to messages and even came to help us with the TV that had some issues and was super friendly. The apartment was spacious and ample for us both with a large shower which was helpful with my knee i had twisted. The appartment was a short drive from the seafront or was told around a 20min walk. Its also so close to local shops, public transport and a good proper english pub that was super cheap compared to the prices i am used to back home. I think the only things that i would change would be the towel sizes, bath sheets would of been wonderful. The other thing i would change would be to concrete or put slabs from the gate to the door, trying to get 2 massive suitcases filled with 2 weeks worth of clothing to the front door was a little bit of a stuggle and not being able to wheel them on the gravel path. Overall I would come back and highly recommend others to stay here. Great value, great host!! Thank you 😊

Beautifully appointed and very comfortable 2-bed apartment (with extra sofa bed) , 2 minutes walk from Waterloo station, with lots of restaurants nearby. Parking outside for an hour, then car park in walking distance. Free parking on Sundays. Highly recommend this apartment and the host, Peter, was very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely beautiful place. Full of character and charm and felt so cosy we did not want to leave. We had everything we needed and Dawn is a fantastic host. Lovely garden and pond with lots of birds flying by. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home and we would love to come again, this time to enjoy a cosy night in ❤️

Stacey is great host, instructions extremely clear and apartment is lovely. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, the Airfryer was a pleasant surprise! Home away from home, would definitely recommend!

Well presented property, very homely and comfortable excellent communicative hosts, Ideal location for public transport to the city, plenty of amenities all within walking distance.

First time doing air b&b , would Definatley recommend this property , everything was catered for from tea coffee milk etc to all personal products in shower etc , lovely gesture of wine and chocolates on arrival . Only slight down fall for me as a wheelchair user was getting into front door as step was a little steep but hubby managed to get me in also inside it was a narrow hall way for wheelchair , but loved our stay and would go again !! Me my wife and our two young sons stayed at Lyns place in Southport for the last week of december. The place was relly cosy and the whole family really felt at home during out stay. It was right by the lake and we enjoyed breafast watchng the sun come up at their lovley window side dining table. Lyn was extremely helpful with settling us in and even gave us nice recomendations for the area. We will most certainly stay again on our next visit.

Have nothing bad to say about this place it was better than we expected a lot of space in the flat parking was good everything lived up to my expectations

Nice apartment in a very good location, close to good restaurants, pubs, train station and local shops. The apartment was modern with basic amenities but clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Nicola’s place if you want a short break for 2 or 4 people but not suitable for a longer break in my opinion as there were 4 of us and it did feel very cramped at times especially with having no garden. Overall very nice

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The highlight was definitely the Hot tub – it was excellent and could easily fit four people comfortably. It was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was smooth. Would definitely stay again!

Nick was very helpful at all times, very quick responding to any questions I had! Very easy to find, easy to get in and out of rooms with the instructions. The 2 separate rooms worked really well for us! Lovely stay and great location

This is by far the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The quality of fixtures and attention to detail was an absolute pleasure. Such a beautiful view to wake up to. I can say enough nice things about the place. I hope that we can come back soon

Lovely apartment, extremely clean and beautifully furnished. Best hairdryer I’ve ever used (GHD)! We had a little trouble finding the entrance and the lovely guy at check in came out to the street to find us. The location is perfect, so close to Albert dock. We enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the Lapis room. If you are a light sleeper I’d suggest ear plugs as there is a gate nearby for residents that gets opened and closed at night (not too many times though) and early-ish delivery vans. Normal to heavy sleepers won’t have a problem.

Loved our 2-night stay! Great clean, comfortable and stylish apartment with private parking, it had everything we could ask for. Ideal for walking to all the best local attractions. We were really happy. Highly recommended!

Had a brilliant stay, was met by Kevin to check in, he was very informative and couldn’t offer enough advice/guidance. Vikki was very responsive during communications and always very respectful and clear. The place itself is amazing, very spacious, clean and you get plenty of towels, cutlery etc. The hot tub is very well kept and smart. The hosts are there if you need anything but leave you to total privacy. The view from the back is outstanding and we had a brilliant time. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
