Victorian House - 2 Bedroom- close to coastline

The house is located in the quiet residential area of Marshside which is nestled between the RSPB nature reserves and coastline and Churctown with its pubs, bars, eateries, shops and Botanical Gardens. There are a few golf course nearby with many more in the area including The Open Golf Championship Course of Royal Birkdale. The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.

A beautiful large lounge with 65" smart tv, refrigerator, microwave oven and lovely garden views. The bright and spacious bedroom is compete with a superking bed and 50" TV. There is an en suite toilet & shower, complete with a spacious walk in wardrobe. Our property is located in a quiet countryside position but close to the M58. Liverpool Manchester Preston Southport all within easy reach. We are within walking distance to Ormskirk hospital & Edge Hill University. Also easy countryside walks.

Lovely self contained annexe - south facing- independent to host accommodation ( locked door) and separate dedicated entrance. Bedroom with en suite ( double bed) leading to sun room with TV & fridge/ freezer Rail ( 5 min walk) & Bus ( 30 seconds walk) connections . Coffee & Sandwich bar 1 minute walk , Royal Birkdale / Hillside Golf courses 2 minute drive. Tea tray provided. Each room has a thermostatic radiator Ample parking space for large vehicle or several vehicles NB no cooking facilities.

The Annexe is a self contained property directly opposite our family home. All fixtures and fittings have been thoughtfully planned to ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is one large double bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, an open plan living area with a smart TV, log burner for cozy nights and electric heating. The bathroom has a large walk in electric shower. The property is suitable for up to two adults (not suitable for children/toddler’s due to the large pond nearby).
