’t Blokhuisje is an attractive, detached nature cottage on the quiet Bloksloot in Krommenie. It is in the back of our garden, completely free of our home and with no immediate neighbors. You'll have a private entrance through the gate. Inside, the cottage is bright and comfortable, decorated in warm Scandinavian style. Outside there is a private stream on the waterfront. You are in the middle of the greenery and tranquility, yet surprisingly close to Amsterdam, Alkmaar and the beach.

Beautiful house in the middle of nature and at the same time within cycling distance of the historic center of Leiden, the oldest university city in the Netherlands. The area offers ample opportunities for extensive cycling routes. In addition, within walking distance (800m) is a brasserie where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. We also offer the opportunity to explore both the Vliet and surrounding lakes and the center of Leiden on a luxury sloop, in consultation a lot is possible.

Our cottage is in one of the most beautiful Waterland villages, Broek in Waterland. It is located in a beautiful area, 8 km from Amsterdam. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk away, so you can be at Amsterdam Centraal in 12 minutes. The guest house itself offers everything you need during a vacation. In our guesthouse, it is wonderful to "come home" after, for example, a busy day in the city, or, for example, a bike ride along all the nice villages here in the area.
