Monthly Rentals in West End

Perfect base camp with everything needed for exploring Tortola and surrounding islands! It is close to some of the best beaches on the island, easy to catch the ferry to Jost Van Dyke, and close to Omar’s and Pussars on the West side for dinner. Sophie and her husband were so friendly and helpful with local recommendations. As others mentioned, renting a 4WD is needed for the driveway, but also will be needed for exploring some of the beaches/steeper roads on island. Would highly recommended!

We stayed at Sophie after one week sailing. We visited many beaches in Tortola but we found long bay the best. It is quiet yet has restaurants nearby, walks you can do (not easy in Tortola) like going to smugglers cove or Steele point. The apartment has all you can ask for including the much appreciated dishwasher, beach chairs and parasol. Beautiful views to walk up to. What a pleasure to sleep with the noise of the waves and sea breeze. We did not use AC once, slept well and rest. The Bach is easy and sandy, the sunset stunning. The communication with Sophie was easy and if we ever come back to Tortola we would want to come here again. We explored almost all bays in Tortola, each one has is charm but long bay has the best mix. Thank you Sophie for having us!

Lovely spot on a quiet road, rambling property with orchids and postcard views. Sparkly and engaging host with a deep understanding and knowledge of the island. Compact bathroom and ladder to bed are a potential challenge for bigger folks. Down the hill are the bars and restaurants of Coral Bay. Driving these roads (on the left!) is not for the faint of heart. Well-appointed kitchen and nice shower. Couch for reading and working grill. You need to be especially mindful of your water usage as most water has to be delivered.

We had an amazing stay at Sandra’s villa. The views were even better than the pictures showed. We loved sitting out on the patio and admiring the view. It was walkable to Long Bay Beach and only a 5 minute drive (dirt road) to Smuggler’s Cove - one of the best beaches on the island. We really appreciated the use of the cooler, beach chairs, and noodles. We highly recommend staying at Sandra’s villa.
