5 out of 5 stars! I absolutely loved my stay at this beachfront house. The views were breathtaking, the amenities were excellent, and the hosts were incredibly hospitable. Everything about the house was perfect - it had everything I needed and more. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with a stunning view.

We had the most wonderful stay at Bokmakkierie. The location is absolutely gorgeous, and the layout allows you to fully enjoy the space. Every aspect exceeded our expectations. The house is thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need—and then some—to make your stay truly memorable. The kids were entertained and had their own space to play, color, or simply relax and watch TV

Had a lovely stay. We were three families and we had everything we needed in the home. Access to the waterfront was great for our early morning coffees.

What a beautifully appointed cottage! Spacious, comfortable and clean. Nandi was the perfect host - she kindly brought us extra bath mats and an extra set of keys - nothing was too much for her. We loved the accommodation - from teens to grandparents. That stoep - idyllic - a perfect complement to beautiful Riebeek Kasteel.

What a great place this is! Even more beautiful then on photos and much bigger then expected, loved the outside sitting places.

We loved every moment here. The beach is beautiful and probably the best sunsets I’ve seen. This is a perfect beach house. Koryn was an incredible host. Always contactable and went out of her way to help with everything. I would love to visit again.

Its the 2nd time we stayed at the Lighthouse beach house. What an amazing place. On the beach. Swimming rock pool. Jacuzzi. Can BBQ overlooking the beach..clean and have all amenities for a great stay. Thanks to Priscilla for helping eith cleaning and ensuring place is in order

Susan, our host was easy to get in touch with, very flexible, friendly and caring. Everything worked out perfectly . The house is absolutely stunning, the heated pool just fantastic and the view is amazing. The house is very well equipped and we definitely missed nothing. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay a lot. We hope to be able to come back one day. Thank you Susan for everything .

Thank you so much for our wonderful stay in your beautiful home. We were thrilled with the comfort and amenities as well as with the stunning views of the sea and surrounds. On arrival we were greeted with the sight of two ostriches walking in the sand dunes directly in front of the house! The art work is stunning and we felt very much at home. Definitely looking forward to a return visit in the future.

Great accommodation, great host….what you see is what you get. The guest was always available to assist, and the cleaning lady was very friendly. I was happy, my family was happy too

Our stay at Beach Tower House was magical! We were very impressed by Shantelle’s attention to detail, open communication and friendly helpfulness. The property is an absolute dream, with an easy living flow throughout, in a world-class location. The pool is magnificent and we loved the stunning sunsets and waking up to nature’s splendors each morning.

Great house for a weekend away and has all the amenities that you could want as well as fully kitted with toys for entertaining for families with children. Situated right next to the beach, great position and views. *to note* house rules says IDs need to be provided of every person entering the estate and house otherwise your booking will either be cancelled. (Something to consider if not comfortable providing every persons ID.)

Dorita was exceptionally friendly and helpful. There was a small issue as to how the remotes worked when we were checking in but Dorita responded immediately to my query and sorted out things out quickly and effectively. The house is well located within walking time of restaurants, main beach and shops. It is well appointed, clean, neat, comfortably furnished with beautiful sea views from the back upper deck. Yzerfontein is a lovely West Coast coastal town with plenty to do and see in the area, including beer tasting at local breweries, gin tasting at an artisanal distillery, an amazing artisanal bakery, beach walks, etc. We look forward to our next visit.

Peet and Grace’s On The Rocks is a beautifully spacious home with perfect unimpeded views and access to the Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen is perfectly sized for a medium sized family and lacks nothing. The gas stovetop is a pleasure to use but the pièce de résistance stays the coffee machine! Nothing like that double espresso on the patio, beside the pool, drinking in the magnificent view of the ocean bathed in an orange sunset. Basement reading room with television suits anyone wanting some solitude. All 4 on suite bedrooms have double beds with the amenities you’d expect to find at a high end hotel or home. This stay felt like home and on leaving it felt like we left a piece of ourselves behind.

Eugene and Suzette couldn't have been better hosts; their greeting was warm with fresh bread and wine on arrival, any queries were immediately answered and they made us feel v welcome. The view is spectacular, I really can't say enough about how peaceful it is but still only 20mins to Tulbagh and wine farms. Home is sizable and ideal for a group, especially for cooking and just hanging out. Only tip is to ensure you're driving a bakkie and are prepped for the dirt road, but it's well worth it!

The place was reaaly great. It was nice and big with a lovely braai area.

Exactly what we wanted and needed. Nature on the forested, the beautiful pristine beaches of the West Coast and access to the pool to swim (no swimming in the sea)! Just stunning and the benefit of an indoor braai too. Peaceful and my favourite place in the morning is the courtyard to soak up the sun. Just stunning!

We had such a lovely stay in Laaiplek. Everything was clean & neat & all the necessary amenities were present. We kept on telling each other how nice the stoep is & that we could stay for much longer than we did. The braai area has the most amazing view and the sunset was just magnificent. If in Laaiplek, we will definitely be back, and would 10/10 recommend!

This is a beautiful, spacious house which provides luxury accommodation. Each room has own bathroom and the bedrooms are beautifully appointed. The living space is comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and then lastly the veranda is a perfect extension to the living space, with a lovely garden and great views. This is our second stay and we will definitely stay again on our next trip to Riebeeck Kasteel.

The villa is absolutely superb. It's located in prime position right by the water in serene and beautiful Jacob's Bay and has the most incredible patio to enjoy the view and beauty of South Africa's West Coast. The house, and particularly the patio, is extremely well designed and maximizes the enjoyment of the property. The house is easily one of the nicest in the entire estate. The decor and style is perfect and captures the West Coast vibe. The view and particularly the sunsets and starlight made it difficult to believe that I was only 1.5 hours away from Cape Town. The villa is well fitted with indoor and outdoor braais/barbecue, extremely comfortable patio furniture, a covered swimming pool and the garden is lovely. This is truly a special place and my entire family loved it. It's going to be difficult to find a better place to stay than this on South Africa's West Coast. I couldn't recommend this more highly and Michelle is an incredible host. Perfect 5 star rating from me.
