A cozy place to stay for a few days, great breakfast, clean rooms and a super bathroom , also the pool was wonderful to cool off during the hot days .

Albatross Nest was absolutely amazing! We had a wonderful weekend away there, the couple is beyond wonderful, so accommodating, super friendly, and just ready to help you with anything. The rooms were equipped with everything you might need, and the bed was AMAZING! On top of all that, they were very happy to have my little pup there, which is always appreciated. I also won't ever forget the beautiful view! I would give it 10 stars if I could!

The hosts were wonderful, and made sure we felt right at home. Further more they would check in frequently to make sure nothing was wrong or whether we needed anything. Big smiles, great service, beautiful stay and truly a place I would recommend to anyone looking for at place in Wellington. I have no complaints and we left with a smile. Best of recommendations from me!

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. Overall, a great experience.

The two people who manage the house were the most loving humans I have met in a long time. The room was lovely too, with a brand new mattress. Everything was squeaky clean and pleasant. Emma is not the contact person though and there was no way to contact the lovely hosts before I arrived. Don’t worry about that too much though the couple who are hosting are always home and available all hours. Be sure to ask for a room that can lock if that matters to you. It did not matter to me. The home and Porterville is perfectly safe with people sleeping with unlocked doors and all. I will return to this place soon. It was only a pleasure.

Karen is an exceptional hostess who goes above and beyond to make your stay wonderful! She is very accommodating and makes you feel as if you have come to visit family/friends. Her home is beautiful and well equipped, and the location a hidden gem! The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast delicious. Great attention to detail is made to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. A stay you will make one of your “must-returns” for the future.
