Very quiet location in the "old" building area of the complex, with beautiful small houses, most of which are used as weekend or holiday homes. The garden is overgrown with plants so that it cannot be seen in from outside and invites you to relax. Gasgrill and fireplace including wood vailbale A whirlpool (50€ for the stay, May/Sept.) is available for additional cost. Carport for one car (up to 2 m high) is available.

In unserem tierfreien Nichtraucher-Siedlungshaus vermieten wir die Erdgeschosswohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Küche mit Essplatz, Wintergarten und Bad inkl. Handtüchern. Leider ist die Wohnung nicht barrierefrei, weil das Haus nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen ist. Hinter dem Haus steht unseren Gästen eine kleine Terrasse zur Verfügung. Unser Haus ist leider nicht für Kleinkinder geeignet. Die Wohnung kostet 90 Euro pro Übernachtung für 4 Personen. Parken könnt ihr problemlos an der Straße.

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung, welche sich über den gesamten Wohnbereich erstreckt. Das Wohnzimmer bietet einen Zugang zu einem großen, privaten Balkon. Der 55 Zoll Fernseher bietet Zugriff auf über 100 sender durch Magenta TV und vieles mehr. Neben dem King-Size-Bett, bietet das Sofa eine Schlafmöglichkeit für zwei weitere Personen.

Barbara hat mich sehr freundlich empfangen, sie war hilfbereit und kommunikativ. Alles war unkompliziert, Haus und Garten außerordentlich sorgfältig gepflegt. So fühlte ich mich in meinem Zimmer sofort wie zu Hause und konnte einen schönen, sonnigen und ruhigen Abend auf der Hollywood-Schaukel bei blühenden Rosen verbringen. Had a great time here! The apartment was neat and tidy, and within walking distance of the Altstadt and the Schloss. Despite the lack of kitchen, you’re not fully reliant on restaurants due to the microwave, mini fridge and coffee/tea facilities. Would recommend!

Gemütliche Anliegerwohnung im Zentrum von Gifhorn

Die Unterkunft von Pia war genau wie beschrieben und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren für zwei Nächte zu Gast und haben uns ab der ersten Minute wohl gefühlt. Beim Check-In war Pia sehr flexibel, da sich bei uns aufgrund von Zugverspätungen mehrfach die Ankunftszeit änderte. Und auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief super. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man braucht und in der Küche gibt's genügend Utensilien, um auch bei längeren Aufenthalten abwechslungsreich kochen zu können. Sowohl Bett als auch Schlafcouch waren sehr bequem. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen und würden sie wieder buchen, wenn wir erneut in Gifhorn sind.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, alles war sauber, die Wohnung sehr geräumig und hell! Jörg war sehr nett und zuvorkommend!
