Vacation home - quiet, bright, modern

Our bright, new apartment is very well equipped. Located on the outskirts, you can enjoy the tranquility on the balcony. Amenities such as a supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. Water playground, space to relax next door. The Main is not far and therefore also many small villages and beautiful cities. Leisure: Bandkeramikmuseum, Jewish cemetery, the cities of Schweinfurt, Würzburg, Volkach, Werneck, swimming lakes, thermal baths, wine villages on the Main loop.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.

The property has its own house entrance only accessible to you. The double bed (1.80 m x 2 m) and the single bed (90 cm x 2 m) offer sleeping accommodations for 3 people in the 18 sqm bedroom. The 13 sqm dining kitchen allows preparation and consumption of breakfast and other meals. The bathroom includes a bath, shower, toilet and sink. Enjoy summer evenings and sunsets on your sun terrace equipped with table and chairs.
