Zur Bundesautobahn A81-Gerchsheim sind es lediglich 4 km und zur A3-Kist etwa 8 km. Im Ort sind eine Bäckerei- und Metzgereifiliale, sowie ein Bio-Hofladen (nur an Werktagen geöffnet) und ein Geldautomat. Wenige km entfernt befinden sich in benachbarten Orten weitere Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Tankstellen

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In summer we often have a barbecue and our guests are always welcome to join us. Hiking, cycling and inline skating can be done directly from the house, there is also a bicycle garage.
