Welcome to our cozy apartment in the Tenne! Not far from the train/bus station (within walking distance). From here you can walk to the city center with lots of restaurants and shops as well as the wonderful beach. Old Westerland with the beautiful village church is also a few minutes away! Our apartment is located in a beautiful Frisian house. You will find it on the second floor. It covers two levels. The upper sleeping area can be reached via a staircase (due to the location in the attic, you have little ceiling height). The living and dining area is spacious and flooded with light. Open ceiling beams and cozy furnishings invite you to linger. Free Wi-Fi and a parking space for your car is available behind the house.

The nicely furnished living room/bedroom with the comfortable sofa bed (box spring technology, 160 x 200 cm) is located on the mezzanine. Downstairs, at ground level, are the fully equipped kitchen & the modern shower room. The apartment is newly renovated and is rented directly by the owner family.

The super bright 1-room apartment is located in Wenningstedt directly on the sea in the apartment building Dünenhof zum Kronprinzen. There you will find everything you need: a large, mostly wind-protected balcony, a sweet kitchen and the most beautiful beach right behind the house. You can't live any closer to the sea! The house is situated in Wenningstedt on the west beach, with the red cliff within easy reach. On the promenade you can enjoy a sundowner, buy a fish roll or walk to Westerland.

The beach, city center and train station are within walking distance in approx. 10-15 minutes. The nearest supermarket is about 250 meters away. Dogs are very welcome here!

Quiet and close to the beach ( about 500m to the beach) and good transport connections by bus and city bus. A beautiful garden with beach chairs, barbecue area, pond and seating and breakfast nooks invite you to linger. In the immediate vicinity are a bakery, a grocery store, as well as a bicycle shop. Furthermore, there is a playground in the immediate vicinity, as well as several smaller forests and last but not least a fantastically long sandy beach.

Im Herzen von Wenningstedt und vorallem von Sylt habe ich euch eine großzügige, 65qm große, Ferienwohnung eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Obergeschoss und ist somit sehr ruhig. Abends ist lediglich das plätschern des Bachlaufes aus dem Vorgarten zu hören. Die Wohnungsaufteilung macht es möglich, dass auch das bequeme Schlafsofa für weitere Gäste wunderbar genutzt werden kann. Handtücher,Bettwäsche und die Kurtaxe sind natürlich inklusive

We stayed in Apartment 39 over the weekend and it was really very nice! The place, as well as the whole complex, are very nice and welcoming. There was very good parking and the location of the place is great to get to everything on the island easily. The bed was very cozy and generally the entire furniture extremely appealing. We would always book again without hesitation!

Wenningstedt is my favorite place on Sylt and now even more so after staying at the Friesenhof. Great location, the bus stop is right outside the door. The property/garden invites you to relax. Even the rabbits like it there very much :-) The cabin was very nice, cozy and clean. The beach is quick to reach, supermarket right around the corner. We will be happy to come back again. Thank you for the wonderful getaway.

Dear Anna, Thank you for letting us stay with you! It was just magical! We have a garden ourselves, but with you, you feel like you're in a private park! There are also good restaurants within walking distance - and of course the beach! A bus stop is also very close, but bicycles are an advantage on the island. Bike rental is also available in the neighborhood. The apartment is quite small (as shown) but you have everything you need and it is very nicely furnished! The only downside is that you don't want to leave the place 😂 We will be happy to come back! Karolina and Robert

I stayed at Christina's place for a week to do home office from there. The apartment is as described, you have a whole floor to yourself! Everything is pretty new, has good quality and works perfectly. The Internet is also strong, so it was no problem with working. Everything is well thought out with the breakfast room and the mini fridge and a washbasin to rinse. Large bathroom, great shower, very nice. Christina always answered my questions super quickly and purposefully. The sea is really very close and it is very nice there because it is not so central and crowded. I had rented a bike (there is bike rental on every corner, I was at Lydia's) and was able to reach everything in Westerland so quickly and also drive off the island. Fortunately, there was little rain, there is always wind. So, everything is great. If you want to find a fly in the ointment: You can't completely darken the bedroom. Clear recommendation!

The apartment was very nice and exactly as indicated. If you have any questions, we got back to you right away. Location is perfect. We had a very nice, enjoyable stay and felt like at home. All in all highly recommended!
