Hugely charming wooden house located on 5000 m2 of undisturbed surroundings overlooking a scenic and protected area with heathland. Occasionally, a deer or two will stop by. The house is located on the eastern part of the island in the Kromose area. A quiet beach facing the Wadden Sea to the east, which is part of UNESCO's natural heritage, is only 500 meters walking distance on a path. In the small street you have peace and quiet from the hustle and are still quickly in the center, close to the beach, the train station and airport. All directions are easily accessible on foot, by bike and by car without crowds. You can store bikes in the garden and the apartment has a small terrace. Also a private parking space. Im Herzen von Wenningstedt und vorallem von Sylt habe ich euch eine großzügige, 65qm große, Ferienwohnung eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Obergeschoss und ist somit sehr ruhig. Abends ist lediglich das plätschern des Bachlaufes aus dem Vorgarten zu hören. Die Wohnungsaufteilung macht es möglich, dass auch das bequeme Schlafsofa für weitere Gäste wunderbar genutzt werden kann. Handtücher,Bettwäsche und die Kurtaxe sind natürlich inklusive
