The "Haus Mellhörn" under thatch is located in an elevated position with high-quality furnishings and with beautiful views of the large migratory dune with the unique Lister dune and heath landscape. Large living/dining room, open country house kitchen, fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 2 shower rooms, sauna, LCD TV, Wi-Fi, large south terrace, 2 beach chairs, 2 parking spaces. About 250 meters away you will find the beautiful Lister Oststrand. Restaurants, bicycle rentals and a supermarket are about 2 km away.

Large house with fantastic conservatory in List

In front of Germany's northernmost coast, our holiday home "Wolkenblick" is located on the beautiful island of Sylt. The centerpiece is a large conservatory that lets you experience Sylt close to nature in every wind and weather. With its large garden (about 800 m plot) and the spacious layout, our house is ideal for families. The east beach, which is particularly popular with families with children, is about 800 m away, while the west beach with volleyball court and dog beach is 15 minutes away by bike.

You will be staying close to the Wadden Sea, which is on UNESCO's World Heritage List. Højer is worth a visit with the beautiful old houses and the small streets with sights such as Højer mill, Højer sluse, arts and crafts. The home: Ground floor contains a small kitchen, hallway with stairs to 1st floor, bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with double bed, dining room, and TV room. TV with the option to cast. 1st floor, small toilet, two bedrooms with double beds. You bring your own bed linen and towels.

Here you can relax and start excursions to the surrounding area. The house is situated in an idyllic location on the marsh hiking trail. The apartment is located in a half of the house that is separately accessible for guests. It offers a lounge area, a reading corner, a kitchen, 3 double rooms and 3 bathrooms. The hosts live in the other half of the house. In the guest garden you can relax or let off steam on the trampoline. An additional room in the passage area has been added.

The center of the island in Westerland with the city center can also be reached in a few minutes by bike. The exclusive thatched holiday home on Keitumer Süderstraße extends over two floors and offers enough space for up to six people on approx. 100 m². In 2024, the holiday home was extensively renovated and furnished with great care to create a perfect feel-good atmosphere.
