We're very dog friendly - we can accommodate 1 well behaved dog. This delightful and newly renovated house is located in a quiet, but central location in the heart of the historic North Norfolk market town, Holt. Just a few seconds stroll from the busy Byfords restaurant cafe and situated in the centre of the town and its multitude of shops and local attractions, this is the perfect bolthole getaway.  There is private parking for one vehicle. The cottage offers a perfect living space for a families or a couple. Note: This is a non-smoking property.

The house is perfectly positioned within the heart of the bustling coastal town of Wells-Next-the-Sea and is walking distance from the picturesque quay, award winning sandy beach and numerous pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops.
