Damascus is around the corner in Tory St as is Le Bouillon Bel Air, Apache plus many more great cafes, restaurants together with everything the city has to offer is all but a short walk away.

Warm studio apartment in Eastern Wellington. Close to Wellington airport, Lyall Bay beach, Kilbirnie and Akau Tangi/ASB sports centre. The apartment is a self contained unit on the ground floor of a two story house. We live in the top floor with our three year old and newborn daughters so please expect to hear children. The front of the building has shared steps to access the property. There is a large deck outside the apartment with a washing line.
