Vacation rentals with a patio in Wellin

Une très belle découverte que je recommande sans hésiter! La maison est grande et est bien entretenue, les instructions sont claires. J‘y ai passé un agréable séjour.

Bon logement, conforme et adéquat pour une nuit, au sous sol d une maison familiale. Le seul point à savoir est que si vous mesurez plus d'1m85 environ, vous toucherez presque le plafond ! 🙂

Verblijf is beter dan op de foto’s. Super leuke locatie in de stad te verkennen of om te vertrekken op je wandeling. Heel snelle en duidelijke communicatie ! Top!

Très agréable séjour dans ce logement qui coche tous les critères : propre, calme, cosy, idéalement situé (hyper centre) et hôtes charmants, disponibles et réactifs. A noter également : literie au top, salle de bains spacieuse avec douche à l'italienne et terrasse intérieure pleine de charme sous verrière. Nous reviendrons et recommandons vivement.

Excellent stay and great value for money. The property is as described and the pictures are accurate. Clean, comfortable and felt a safe space. The property is not in central Liege, but there is a bus stop two minutes walking which takes around 20 minutes to get into the centre and also stops right outside the train station. There is technically no parking, but the surrounding streets are ‘green zones’, meaning parking is free of charge providing you are not causing an obstruction. There are tram lines outside the property, but they have not gone ‘live’ yet (April 2025) so you can park right outside if you wish. Access to the property was straight forward, with the lock box access code given prior to arrival. The host was very responsive to questions and came across very friendly. The surrounding area does not have much going on in terms of bars. There is a lovely burger restaurant around the corner called Din’O Burger which I would recommend, they also deliver. Would stay again!

Mooie locatie in een rustig dorp. Ideaal voor wandelingen (opletten in het jachtseizoen!) Parking voor 3 wagens, modern comfortabel huis met de nodige voorzieningen. De verhuurder was helder in zijn communicatie.

Onze jaarlijkse 4-daagse familieuitstap was meer dan geslaagd, mede dankzij de zeer goed onderhouden, praktische én zeer smaakvol ingerichte woning, waar alles aanwezig was wat je nodig hebt. Van koffiemachine tot gourmettoestel, BBQ-systeem, 2 koelkasten, .... In de omgeving zijn tevens mooie, toegankelijke wandelingen te doen. Én in de streek vind je zeer mooie oude hoeves, woningen, gebouwen, ... Ook de gastheer is ongelooflijk vriendelijk, behulpzaam, bereikbaar, ... Kortom één van onze beste verblijven sinds lange tijd!

We had a really pleasant stay at this Apartment. Laurence is a really nice and friendly host. The Apartment is nice and cozy and exactly how she described it. We really enjoyed staying at the pool. Its nice and clean and the poolshed was good for chilling. We really can recommend this Airbnb to calm down relax and have a good time. Thanks to Laurence and her lovely Family

Zeer aangenaam ruim verblijf. Modern maar gezellig. 2 badkamers is een meerwaarde. Ruime slaapkamers. Keuken met alles erop en eraan. Ikzelf verkies een kofiemachine ipv een senseo maar dat is een persoonlijke keuze. Prachtig gelegen in een zeer rustige wijk. Genoeg winkels in de buurt en vanalles te beleven. Wijzelf zijn met de vespa gaan rijden, de Misery brewery bezocht, te voet naar Durbuy en als kers op de taart gaan eten bij Wout Bru. Dus voor elk wat wils. Top verblijf!

Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad na de kerst. De ruimte is zoals omschreven, en bij de open haard is het heerlijk. Veel te doen in het huis, met pooltafel, spelletjes en genoeg speelgoed voor jonge kinderen. De tuin is groot en heerlijk om door de bladeren te rennen voor een kind en hond. Er was zelfs een kerstboom. Tevens is er genoeg privé ruimte voor 6 volwassenen doordat alles slim is ingedeeld. Ons enige minpunt is dat er in December zeer weinig open / te doen is in de omgeving. Maar wij hebben ons ondanks dat een week vermaakt in het huis! Ook fijn en snel contact met de hosts. Wij zouden het zeker aanbevelen.

Nous avons passé un super teambuilding dans un magnifique gite. Merci à Catherine d'avoir toujours répondu présente pour nos demandes.

We kijken terug op een paar zeer ontspannende dagen in Gîtes Doyard, ofwel het verblijf van verhuurder Bert. Het contact is van begin af aan al goed, de woning ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien, de ligging is werkelijk fantastisch. De groot aangelegen tuin, waar zich in afgeschermd gebied de riante jacuzzi bevind, nodigt tijdens mooie lente dagen uit om de hele dag in door te brengen. Maar bezoek ook vooral de omgeving: Houffalize, Bastogne (indrukwekkend oorlogsmuseum) Durbuy en La Roche zijn enkele aanbevelingen. Ook wij sluiten ons aan in het rijtje terugkerende bezoekers voor dit fijne vakantiehuis in de Ardennen. Merci Bert!

Esperienza decisamente positiva. Olivier è sempre stato disponibile e pronto a rispondere. La casa è molto accogliente, pulita, com bagno grande e luminoso e cucina molto rifornita. Tutto corrispondente a foto e descrizione. Assolutamente da consigliare!!
