A beautiful new build detached house few minutes away from Niagara Falls is ready to welcome guests. Bring the whole family to this great place which is comfortable and spacious and has every thing to make you feel at home with attached garage and parking for 4 in a family friendly neighbourhood. Just a little information , the fridge in the house doesn't have a working water and ice dispenser but there are ice trays in freezer. The fireplace downstairs is not connected and can't be turned on.

This top floor apartment is 10 minutes walk to the top of Clifton Hill. It’s central location as parking is perfect to enjoying all that the Niagara region has to offer. This unit does have a tenant in the basement so after 10pm is quite time, but with tv in the bedroom and the livingroom/kitchen level between you and the basement this is not hard to do. Bright and spacious, this place makes visiting Niagara Falls easy.
