We had a wonderful stay at Villa Noumi, the staff were friendly, kind and responsive. We were welcomed with cold towels, juice and a fruit basket (5 star welcome). The villa itself was very clean, the photos are accurate! The breakfast and dinner we had in the villa were wonderful. The kids were well catered for with a massive box of lego and some toys/card games which were well used after beautiful morning swims at secret beach. Overall I would recommend this place to families or a few couples or even friends. Well located and a short tuk tuk ride or short walk into town and the beach. Thanks for having us!

We absolutely loved our stay at the villa. It was even more beautiful than in the photos - clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. Everything felt fresh and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The communication with the host was super easy, and the team was incredibly responsive and flexible. We felt really safe the whole time, with someone present at the front gate 24/7. One day I lost my phone, and they went above and beyond to help us track it down in a nearby village - even taking us there on a scooter and another day showing us a stunning sunset. Moments like that really made the stay feel special. We couldn’t recommend this place more - it was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and the care from the hosts made all the difference. Would absolutely come back!

We’ve just come back from an amazing trip to Sri Lanka, and we stayed for 6 nights at Gaya’s wonderful home. We loved it; the location feels remote, but it’s only a 10min walk to the beach/restaurants etc. Every morning I’d wake up and have a coffee on the veranda, overlooking lush greenery, peacocks, cattle - not something you get in everyday life. The staff were very helpful, and the accommodation was comfortable, clean, and is a wonderful option if you’re looking for a self-catering home stay. A big thank you to Gaya for letting us stay, we hope to be back soon!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would do so. A beautiful villa (even better than expected as recently renovated) with a lovely pool. Nothing was too much trouble for Binara - he made us a special New Year breakfast, did our washing, helped my father in law with his sore knee and hooked us up with a local tuk tuk driver. Both Binara and Manu were super friendly and made us feel at home. We would highly recommend a stay here and were very sad to leave.

We had a great stay at the ground floor apartment. It was clean and comfortable, 2 large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and kitchen facilities. A lovely patio area and a large swimming pool with sun beds. We had the place to ourselves as we were the only guests. The staff were friendly and helpful and responsive to our requests. The neighbour can also sort out taxis and tuk tuks to take you places. We would definitely recommend and look forward to returning.

The host and his family are very friendly, corrected all the comments we wrote to them about, treated us to tea and pancakes once. All questions were answered quickly. The place is very safe, calm, quiet. It is well suited for a holiday from the city, and it is 5 minutes by bike to the beach or supermarket, 13 minutes to Mirissa (walking about x4). WiFi (fiber) is good, fast, online meetings did not slow down Thank you, I would come back here again in the future

Nice, quiet place to stay. The host is super nice and helpful. A little outside, but no problem with Pickme. The kitchen does not meet European standards. But you don't need it, as breakfast is offered. We would recommend eating out anyway. There are countless possibilities in Galle and surroundings. Secret tip: Koggalla Beach. Fantastically beautiful and empty. No risk of encountering tourists from a country that is currently rather unpopular in Europe.

Our stay was great all around. The only downside was the lack of blackout curtains and the slightly too firm pillows. Rohan, who came daily for cleaning, was incredibly friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. A small suggestion for improvement: The sofa covers could be replaced. Otherwise, the outdoor area is spotless, just like in the photos, and the entire house was very clean.
