Thanks to the sky roof above the bed, there are no mosquitos and there is a somewhat separated sleeping area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. In the bathroom, you will find a shower, of course with hot water and towels, as well as a hair dryer.

We felt very comfortable and thought it was great to come directly from the dining area into the backyard, which acted like a terrace... and that we could park directly in front of the entrance under the carport. The contact with Natascha worked out great. We definitely recommend the apartment 😊

It was a wonderful 10 days in Felix & Alex's apartment. Everything only in superlatives: large, modern and bright apartment with breathtaking views. Then the location in the Antonsviertel 1A is close to the center, public transport right outside the door, nice restaurants and cafes also within walking distance, as well as an Edeka and the Sparkasse. The very large underground parking space was worth gold to me. It's good that you have several train lines at ground level, which are also heavily frequented... for some it's noise, I was able to block it out and sleep well. Felix is a great and very caring host who is very accessible, but also proactively cares. So everything is tip-top, I would stay here again anytime!

I felt very comfortable in Ingrid's apartment. I was received very kindly, the communication was clear and the apartment equipped with everything necessary and more. Everything is very clean and well maintained, in a green and quiet area, but still not far from the center of Augsburg. I'd love to come back…..

We were allowed to spend 2 nights in the apartment. Detailed explanation for the area was given to us as well as for the apartment. I was happy about filled cabinets with hygiene items, cleaning supplies and towels. Not a matter of course and very practical if you don't just stay for sleeping. Vladimir is a very friendly and caring landlord. Private parking right outside the door. Shops and cafes nearby also within walking distance for self-catering. Take out options are also nearby. Overall, a great experience in an apartment that is not in the latest condition, but has a nice flair. I look forward to next time, Katharina & Damian 🤗
