Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Welaka

Very nice, cozy apartment. Very clean and well cared for. The check in procedure was very easy. The location is perfect if you want to be near the attractions of St. Augustine’s old city. The walk over the bridge to town was beautiful and easy for us. We’re in our seventies. The unit is not well suited for young people. There are strict rules about noise etc. No partying allowed. It was perfect for us.

A nice place at the Euro Village. Our stay was great! It was safe, comfortable, and peaceful. We had everything we needed. It was nice to have a washer and dryer (shared between two units in a foyer). The private parking was well labeled and close to the elevator - so was the unit, which made it easy to haul our luggage. We were able to sit and listen to music in the center from our balcony. There was a cute little market on Sunday. We even saw hermit crabs at low tide on the St Joe Walkway across the street - which the village had a legitimate pedestrian crossing to access. Arlene and Caio were very responsive. We would stay again.

Very cute apartment. Plenty of space for the 3 of us. Location is a short ride to the downtown area. Great restaurants and shops. They had a binder full of details that was very helpful. Would stay again.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and very up to date on the inside! We loved the charm of the house, and the proximity of the historic streets of St. Augustine! The bed and pillows were super comfy, it almost felt like sleeping in our own. PS. Thank you so much for having creamer in the kitchen, I had forgotten to grab some…and that was a lifesaver so that I could have my morning cup of coffee. It’s needed for me in the AM!

John and Kelley’s place was easy to find and in a great location with plenty of walkable restaurants. We were in town for the MS walk which was at the Lighthouse down the street. It is also a nice walk to Historic downtown St Augustine and it was nice not have to search for parking. They were very flexible and were able to accommodate an early check in. Their place is very quiet, quaint, and a very comfortable bed. We won’t hesitate to book another stay! Hopefully to catch a concert at the Amphitheater which is also a short distance. I had a great time! Thank you for such ease to get in and out. This is a great and safe, especially if you travel solo. Everything is close by, walking. Do consider the weather and come prepared. I watched some good movies in the room while it rained and was happy it was available.

We had a wonderful stay! Great place that worked perfect for us, and love that we could walk to places to eat as well as enjoy beautiful walks on the beach!

This was our second time staying. The location to our ladies conference and local restaurant were perfect! The place was clean and plenty of space for the ladies of our family. We hope to return next year.

The property was great! It was perfect for our family traveling for the weekend and was very accommodating. The host was extremely responsive with any questions. I definitely recommend this.

Beautiful home for my family and I. This was our trip we took for our 1 year wedding anniversary, it couldn’t have gone better. House was clean and beautiful, everything was so walkable and any drives were no longer than 10 mins. Would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well laid out with all the amenities we needed. We cooked a couple of large meals, and the kitchen had plenty of room. The backyard and pool area were secluded and very private. If you are pulling a wagon when going to the beach, we found it best to go north a couple blocks and take the public wooden walk over the sand dunes. We hope to come back next year.

Our family felt right at home in this beautiful place. Even more beautiful than the pictures posted. Walkable to everything we wanted to do. Spacious living area and closets. The shower was an amazing surprise. This is a great deal and would recommend to anyone. Thank you for allowing us to stay there

It was a very beautiful home. Lots of different things to do around the area as well, and the canal was very good fishing.

If you want an ocean view (and a sunrise AND moonrise!) and to be steps away from the beach, this is your place! For me, waking up and seeing the ocean is soothing and sipping coffee on this deck while experiencing the ocean was perfection. Once you are ready to hit the beach, you walk down the stairs and wa-la, there it is! If you forget something, no worries-- your place is only a few minutes away! It was so nice not to have to lug all the beach stuff and then worry about where we'd find a restroom. Nope-- it's all right there at this place! In addition to the beach, there is a pool and many hot tubs. I'm particular about my hot tubs, but this one did not disappoint. They kept it hot enough to relax those sore spots. We did rent a car and the drive to downtown is about 15 minutes and super easy. We Ubered one night and that was easy. I had a few questions for Butch during our stay and he responded immediately. Recycle in town. Butch will send you the link. Grocery is 2 miles away.

Great location for beach access. Private, quiet, pool and hot tub a bonus. Clean, bright, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds. Loved staying here, hope to be back. Recommend 100 percent.

We had an amazing time! My best Friend and I came down with my two kids (ages 8,6) for spring break. Place was just as described. Was clean, and cutely decorated with a beach theme. Had some games for the kids as well. There was a list of great recommendations for things to do and restaurants close by. I had a few questions and host was very friendly and quick to respond! Just a short walk to the beach, but located conveniently right across from the pool! Hot tub was nice and relaxing, located in the middle of the building on the first floor. If you’re driving I would recommend brining your own beach chairs, as the ones provided in the unit are not very comfortable. Beach is gorgeous!we loved staying on the beach and just a short drive to this historic downtown area. We highly recommend staying here! Definitely grab breakfast at island donuts!

This condo is perfect. It met our needs and is located in beautiful St. Augustine. Great location. Ocean views. Peaceful.

We spent a great three weeks at this condo. We loved that we could bring our pet and that it was a dog friendly beach which was an easy walk from the condo. The heated pool was also a major plus and we swam in it almost daily. There are a ton of restaurants around that are either walkable or a short drive which was a major plus. The condo was spacious and well-appointed. We loved having a King sized bed and ensuite and then our guests had their own bathroom also. The washer and dryer in the unit were also of great benefit. Kristine was very easy and responsive and made check in and out super easy. We also loved St Augustine beach and restaurants and St Augustine downtown is a must do. All in all we had a great three weeks at this home away from home!
