Cozy homefeeling next to lake Weissensee

Our flat is located around the corner of beautiful Weissensee lake. In the near proximity there are supermarkets and restaurants, as well as close access to tram station. We rent out the sleeping room which has a berlin-made futon mattress, a screen, a cupboard and a working station with adjustable-height desk, screen and chair. In the hallway to the bathroom there is a comfy leather couch. The kitchen is self-built and has all necessary tools, as well as spices, sauces, coffee beans.

A compact kitchen area is presented, featuring a stainless steel sink and a wooden countertop. Small appliances, including a coffee maker and a microwave, are visible. Shelves hold additional kitchen items, and natural light brightens the space through the window.

Lovely little studio (35 m2) in the BEST city location, on foot to Alexanderplatz. Ideal for a SHORT stay of 2 persons. Good for business travelers! PROS: balcony for smokers (!) + a lot of daylight + stable WiFi + hairdryer + basic cooking facilities + high quality queen size bed + check-in at night possible + plenty of public transport options + elevator + babybed (if needed) CONTRAS: no parking facilities in the area - no washing machine - no a/c (hot in summer) - no TV - expensive

Quiet place to sleep.

You will stay in MY HOME, while I won't be around. You will have my apartment for you alone. There is a double bed (140x200cm) in the bed room and a sofa bed in the living room, what is open to the kitchen. The bathroom has a little bathtub, what you can use for shower as well. In the kitchen you will find everything necessary for preparing your own meals. The balcony invites you to rest, calm down and enjoy fresh air (or your cigarette). The house itself is quite. The lake is near.

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location. Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).

Es war total nett, das Zimmer war hell und schön, aber vor allem in den kleinen Balkon habe ich mich sofort verliebt. Herr Huang ist genial und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist unglaublich, alles ist schnell und gut erreichbar, es ist nahe an der Schönhauser Allee-U+S-Bahnstation, aber trotzdem total ruhig. Nur die Treppen in den 5. Stock haben mich ganz schön ins Schwitzen gebracht ;-) Resümee: Tolle Tage in einer tollen Wohnung!

Verena was a very welcoming and accommodating host. Very kind and professional and responsive. The space was exactly as described, clean, and neat. Walking distance from the tram and in a nice part of the neighborhood. Only wish I could have stayed longer as I'm sure Verena would have also had some good recommendations for the town, but my stay was quite short. Overall, would absolutely recommend. My only caution is if you are really tall, the bed may be uncomfortable. I however am averaging hight at 5 feet 5 inches, and the bed was perfectly comfortable to me.

Arne was a fantastic host, very understanding; there was mishap with the keys, my fault, which caused a little chaos and he was very relaxed about it, which was a relief. Besides that, the flat is really nice, very well thought through, it felt like a very personnal space yet cosy for a visiting guest. The cats are gorgeous and very sweet..!

Excellent, excellent ,excellent. Great hostel, great location for shops, restaurants, cafes and train station. Perfectly clean shower/wc, great kitchen to cook if needed, wifi super fast, great staff always on hand, fast response on messages through air bnb. ⭐️
