It has a large and a small bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a guest toilet. Ideal for individuals, couples and families with 1-2 children. The 4 bikes and the grill can be used free of charge. Tram stops, supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible. The house is not just a vacation home. The Listhús is located in the middle of the small mountain village of Maxen. Surrounded by meadows and fields and pure nature. Many hiking opportunities are offered here and excursions to Saxon Switzerland or nearby Dresden. After an eventful day, you can quickly relax in the small farmhouse with the adjoining garden. The small artists' house invites you to feel good and switch off from everyday life. Since it is a very old house, the ceilings are very low in places.

The cozy coach house in the rear of the property of Villa Golding on the edge of the Dresden Heath offers special charm. On the first floor, you will find the living area with kitchen and dining area. There is also a bedroom with 2 single beds, from which you enter the terrace. In about 500 m are the S-Bahn station and ferry terminal, as well as the outdoor swimming pool. There are many opportunities for hikes and excursions in the area.
