It’s also located 10-15 minutes from Rodgers Park located on the river where you can swim, kayak with manatees and enjoy fun family time! Also 15 minutes away is Pine Island Beach Park and SunWest Beach Park for skiing, wake boarding and obstacle course.

You will love hanging out in patio areas overlooking the water. This canal property is one turn to the main river. We have a dock where a jet ski or boat can be parked. We are always finding ways to make this property welcoming and have what could be needed for a great time. Note: For Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, or Christmas, only one party can check in or out on any of these major holidays because the cleaners take these four days off only per year. Mid term/ monthly stays welcomed.

"Ruf'n IT" is a 2/1 Waterfront home w/ TV/WiFi just off the main river w/ 7 single kayaks and a youth paddle board. There is dock space for your boat, canoe, or kayaks w/ space to park your trailer.
