We needed a last minute stay for a sports tournament. Kim was responsive and flexible, allowing us early check in to help us get settled and ready on time. Her place was very clean, and smelled great! Quiet street, more than enough room for 4 of us.

We had a fantastic stay at Bailey’s place. The home was very spacious for our family of 5. The beds were super comfy and we felt right at home. Great location close to everything. We’d definitely stay there again! And amazing amount of towels!

We rented Debra's adorable home for overflow of our wedding weekend overnight guests. Debra was so accommodating, friendly, and very easy to work with from my initial inquiry several months ago, to check out. She's the owner of the home and does everything, including the cleaning; her pride in the home is obvious. Knowing she does the cleaning was a great feature and removes that worry from a renter standpoint.

Very nice , peaceful, and comfortable . Great place to rest for those who need low simulation ( very good environment for my adult autistic daughter) . I would highly recommend Graysons place for autistic travelers & their families or care givers.

This place felt like a home away from home. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space for seating, the water pressure was amazing, and the neighborhood was very peaceful. Very enjoyable stay!

Kim was a fantastic host. She knew that my husband and I were visiting to spend Christmas with his family in January and she left the Christmas tree up to make it feel more authentic. She also checked on us due to the big snowfall we all received from WV to TN (which is where we live) just to see if we were going to okay making the trip. Never had a host care so much. The apartment was thoughtfully appointed and scrupulously clean. I hesitate to add this, because I felt like McKayla was doing me a special favor that she might not be able to do often. My situation was a bit atypical because I was renting the place for a young friend who was moving to town for school. He had to arrive before his apartment was ready and, well, he's young and inexperienced. McKayla was so supportive, helpful, and understanding. We needed to unexpectedly extend his stay and she was still flexible and really wonderful. I will sing the praises of this apartment and our terrific host! great for a longer term stay and very comfortable! McKayla: you have fans who think you rock!

Kevin & Karen were great host! The home was very accommodating, easily accessible, and overall perfect for our stay. The place is current and well kept. The sofa recliners are super relaxing . This stay felt right at home. Don’t walk, run and book this place! Thank you again….

To say this place is amazing, is an understatement. It was cute, and felt like home immediately. I absolutely loved the vintage touches, and the porch was nothing short of a highlight. Duncan was amazing... responsive, kind, and happy to help! I will absolutely be staying again at some point.

I stayed here for one month, and it was worth it. The washer and dryer were very convenient. It was stocked with shampoo, bodywash, conditioner, and kitchen supplies. It also came with a water purifier which came in handy. The hosts were helpful and always ready to help if you need it.

Loved this suite. The host was easy to work with and helped with anything we needed. 10/10 recommend!
