Beautiful cottage with new bathroom, kitchen, flooring, windows, and located on a quiet dead-end street that is just steps from a walking/running path along the river. Marshall University is less than a 15 minute drive. There are queen beds and TVs in both bedrooms. The WiFi is fast enough to work remotely, streaming, and gaming. The house has keyless entry and plenty of towels/toiletries. Washer and dryer are newer units. This house is close to both Huntington, WV and Ashland, KY.
