Perfect spot! Patricia is a fabulous host and the space is beyond great! She helped me with local info, and the accommodations were gracious and then some! If you are looking at booking her space, don’t hesitate!! It was peaceful and private and so comfy!

We've been using Airbnb for decades, for both US and international travel, and this place is tops!! Interior completely renovated while retaining the classic look and feel of a period brick home with new kitchen, bathrooms, furniture, TVs, etc. The owners have anticipated guests' needs and equipped the home accordingly, and they were quick to respond to a couple of questions we had. The Park House is perfect for extended family members gathering for a Marshall event. The Airbnb inventory of homes is limited in the Huntington area, so you'll be fortunate if you're able to book this one!

Had a death in the family and needed a place to host our family. I was able to find this cabin and booked in a few days in advance. Joe was very polite, responsive and helpful. Everyone in the family were happy to be together for a tough time and all enjoyed their stay. Recommended.

Jared was an absolute awesome host! beautiful home in a nice part of huntington WV. close to the interstate and downtown, walking distance from the park. Jared went above and beyond to try to make our stay comfortable!

Novel did everything to make my stay nice. I stayed for 4 months and did not regret it one day. The battery died in my lock one day late at night and they responded within 30 minutes and helped me get in. Always respond quickly whatever questions that I had! Very accommodating, and wants to help. I would suggest anyone to stay at these apartments for how ever long your stay.

Very responsive host, super comfy beds, happy dogs here! This is a renovated older home (must be able to do stairs!) near hospital & health care offices about a half a block away from other houses. A very easy drive to anywhere in Huntington. 5 minutes from a lovely dg park. New ventless gas wall type heaters for Winter put out great heat but we decided to turn them off overnight. Plenty warm with 2 comforters on the bed.

It's in a busy downtown area, but traveling around was easy, even during high traffic times. Just stay out of the lanes to the bridges across the Ohio River during those two times of day. City traffic noises, a few early garbage trucks, nothing out of the normal. Super comfortable bed! Very nice kitchen for a studio, and a nice, big closet to store your gear. Washer and dryers in building was handy to have and they worked well.

The Cabin is very nice and cozy! The location is kind of hard to find, but if you use Apple Maps it took us right there although I would not recommend arriving after dark because it is really far back on some very narrow winding mountain roads. Qu was excellent in her responsiveness to any questions we had. There were a few issues totally beyond Qi’s control but she jumped to it and had a neighbor who knows the property come over to help immediately. Dallas and his wife are just lovely if you end up getting to meet them. The only suggestion I would have is to bring some kind of plug in electric heater if you are staying in fall or winter months. The cabin gets very very cold and the AC/Heater Unit in the bedroom can not heat up the entire cabin. The high speed internet works great and we had zero issues with that even though there is no cell phone coverage for miles in any direction. Just a perfect mountain getaway for my wife and I and our two dogs. Definitely worth every penny and if I could give Qu 6 stars I would for her near instant response to any questions we had.

Really nice place to stay by the Arena for a cheaper rate than the hotels that were in the same walking distance.

The Rustic Ravines is a special, unique place to get away. The restaurant on site is within walking distance of where we stayed. Joe and his employees were super friendly, accommodating, and helpful to our needs. I am excited to go back when we come back that way.

We absolutely loved the cabin. It was beautiful, comfy, safe, and everything we had hoped for. We loved the large kitchen for cooking breakfasts, the grill for dinner, the hot tub was amazing after a long day of exploring in the gorgeous mountains and woods in the area. It was the perfect setting for my senior rescue dogs who are fearful of a lot of things and do best in calm, peaceful settings. They were able to take little short hikes and relax and explore there. We will DEFINITELY be returning for future vacations and recommending your place to our friends and family for their vacations. A week later and Im still missing waking up to enjoy my morning coffee out on the deck while watching the stunning fog rolling across the mountains. Joe is an excellent host, and super cool, very nice guy. He was extremely helpful and available for anything we needed. He even drew us little maps with landmarks to find our way around the area and helped us to decide which trails to adventure into, etc. We can thank him enough for hosting us!

We took the dogs out to walk the property. The cabin had everything we needed for a weekend getaway and plenty of space to explore Joes got a great thing going here.

Rustic Ravines is our go-to getaway, never disappoints. The yurts are so cool! The cabins are so cozy. The property is beautiful, quiet, and secluded. We got to try the Saloon this visit and we loved it! Awesme burgers and wonderful atmosphere and service. Can't say enough good things about Joe's place. GO HERE! You won't be disappointed!

Perfect getaway for peace and quiet! Cabin was very nice and super clean, restaurant was lots of fun with great live music. Highly recommend :)

Rustic Ravines is a true hidden gem. Joe is absolutely excellent. His communication and directions were a lifesaver. If I could give more stars, I would. The hot tub was the best! Very relaxing! You will not regret this stay.
