This 1910 PET FRIENDLY bungalow is a charmer! Remodeled just a few years ago so everything is clean, fresh and in working order. Great location! Only a few blocks to the town square for eats and shopping! If you enjoy unique art then you will love this house. This house is especially great for a summer visit with the front porch, back patio and lots of beautiful flowers. Even a resident outdoor cat but a bit snobbish! Fenced in backyard is perfect for a 45 lbs and under dog for a $50 fee.

It’s at the end of the street in a quiet neighborhood. Restaurants, shopping, and movies just minutes away. Downtown DSM is only 10 mins and Ames is 20 mins. There's walking and bicycle paths very close. If you're looking for a rental car, the DSM Airport is 20 minutes. Uber is also popular. I can't wait to meet you! Safe travels!
