Her space was spotless, check-in was easy, she left a sweet gift for my partner’s birthday, and genuinely thought of everything we could have needed during our stay. Such peaceful and serene surroundings, as well. We will definitely be back, and 100% recommend ‘Mama’s Place’!!!

Absolutely loved the peaceful ambience and gorgeous lake views with access to the lakeside gazebo & dock. Place is so charming and clean with great treats provided. & great work space including the gazebo. Easy drive to Knoxville & Smoky Mtns. Hosts-Kathy & John-were so flexible and proactive & responsive communicators. Will absolutely stay there again.

Reba was a fantastic host! Had lots of fun touches. The scenery and back drop of the location was amazing, we will be going back but will stay for longer to really enjoy everything the cottage had to offer!

Beautiful & peaceful location. The house was lovely, kitchen well stocked with kitchen items, gadgets. Big beautiful windows to see out to the lake; and both bedrooms w/ lake views. Beautiful house! Lovely porch & dock, where we spent all our time.

We loved our weekend in this beautiful home! There are so many spots to gather around as a family. The beds were comfortable. Our one year-old loved the porch swing! We cannot wait to come back.

Perfect place to join up with our son, DIL, infant, and dog, as they evacuated from south Florida! We enjoyed making our meals in the fully stocked kitchen! The house was set up perfectly for our needs, with the master suite on one side of the house, and two bedrooms and full bath on the other. Enjoyed our walks in the beautiful quiet neighborhood!

We had a great stay at Bethany’s place. She was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The perfect peaceful location away from the city while still be a quick drive to all the area attractions. Would stay with Bethany again for future visits to the area.

Our family had a beautiful stay while visiting family in Tellico Village. We slept great, had lots of room to unpack and spread out, and the kitchen came stocked with some spices, flour, etc.

I left a five star review, because the host was very accommodating and understanding of a situation that was out of his control. We had a homeless man hanging around the entrance when we went to check in and made the ladies staying in the unit alone not comfortable. The building has no trespassing signs and this is just something you risk being in the city. The host was very accommodating and understanding and took care of us.

I have now stayed at this location twice and was very pleased both times! Highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was just as described and the host kept in contact as far as instructions that were very easy to understand and accurate. The location was perfect as it was a short walk to many restaurants and also close to the interstate. Place was secure and clean as well. Look forward to staying here again in the future.

We had a great stay- the host was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The lake view was beautiful and the unit was comfortable, clean and well stocked. We didn’t realize that we had to pay to use the pool, it is in the listing but we missed that, so just something to be aware of. Otherwise all around a great stay.

Loved staying at this loft! It was a beautiful historic building in a great location. It was an easy walk to the river, Market Square, Gay Street, and the Convention Center. It was a cozy spot that my family and I enjoyed!

We just loved our stay! Waking up to the wild ducks quacking on the lack every morning was delightful 🙂
