The kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, blender, toaster and basic utensils! There is an in-unit laundry, a dedicated parking spot just steps from the door, and code access for self check-in! Enjoy! Please “no unregistered guests”

This walkout basement is like a fully furnished apartment; totally independent, nothing is shared with our guests. It is located in a peaceful newly built neighborhood with in couple of miles to Southland mall, recreation center and close to Airport. Has its own private access and gate.
