A clean, updated, well-appointed and cozy cabin with incredible lake views. Located near two great golf courses and easy walking distance to The Prop -- what more do you need? Nichole is a great host with excellent communication! Sitting out by the lake enjoying the evening views during the first hour of our first night we were already making plans for our next visit. We will be back again for sure!

Great place to stay for pheasant hunting. Crocker hills bar right down the street had good food and cold beers. Will definitely be coming back in the future

This place is amazing! House was super clean and thoughtfully set up with amenities for your fishing or hunting trip. Instructions were perfectly clear and host is extremely responsive. Hope to stay here again next year!

Place was what we thought it would be, met our expectations and fit what we were there for. I’d recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again!

“Dad’s Place” was perfect! Bill was communicative, accommodating, and thoughtful in setting up the house for guests. We had two adults and 3 young kids stay and everyone left happy. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need to cook, bathrooms had toiletries and plenty of towels, and the beds were comfy with lots of blankets. The attached garage was perfect for loading/unloading luggage and kids in South Dakota winter/spring weather. The home is minutes from shopping and easy access to the interstate. Bill’s note about the decor was a great read and he provided tons of suggestions for everything from dining to medical facilities. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect place to stay when hunting or fishing.

My wife and I booked this house for a week and loved it so much that we extended for an additional week! Beautiful home and a wonderful host!

We used the cabin for an employee retreat to regroup as a company. This space worked great for many reasons. They provided WiFi and clear password instructions. No issues with connectivity. They provided a little welcome basket with goodies which was unexpected. We did not have to worry about coffee because that was also provided. We bought some groceries for lunch and snacks and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. There is a nice big table that we used for work as well as comfortable couches. There was a ton of room and the space is very open so you can see everyone in the room without issue. Getting in and out of the house was a breeze, the instructions were clear. The house itself was very peaceful with the lake behind it. The house feels nice and private as there are no houses on either side of it.

We loved our stay here. The indoor fireplace was the highlight of our trip to Watertown. Gorgeous, private property out in the country. Thoughtfully decorated interior. We are already talking about staying again the next time we return to visit family!

This is a beautiful home. I love that everything we needed readily available - from the kitchen utensils to bath towels and sheets. We had great communication with Melissa and they were very kind. Would definitely recommend staying here and would enjoy to come back! Thank you!!

Absolutely gorgeous home on the beach with an incredible view and hot tub. Used this location to get my wonderful fiancée to say yes and the house on the lake couldn’t have been more perfect! 10/10 recommend for a weekend getaway

Upon arriving the furnace wasn’t working properly but Jared was very helpful in getting it back in working order! Everything else was as stated in the listing! The house was clean, we had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking meals and the hot tub was nice and warm once we turned up the heat! I’d love to book again in the summer time!!

My family was blown away the second we walked through the door. So many beautiful comfortable places to gather and take in the magnificent view throughout the entire home. The kids loved walking down to the beach to climb the rocks and wade in the water. There were fun games for us to play inside and outside. Everything we needed we could find in a cupboard or a pantry. And my husband and I enjoyed the privacy of the downstairs bedroom, bath and living room space after a long day with the kids and family. My sister-in-law particularly enjoyed the coffee bar. Can’t wait to stay here again the next time we come visit my brother and his new wife. We made such a happy memories.
